Claims (4)
- 同軸に配置される第1部材及び第2部材を連結する多板式摩擦係合機構であって、
前記第1部材に対して軸方向に摺動自在に取り付けられる複数の第1摩擦プレートと、
前記第2部材に対して軸方向に摺動自在に取り付けられ、前記複数の第1摩擦プレートと交互に配置される複数の第2摩擦プレートと、
前記第1摩擦プレート及び第2摩擦プレートに対して直交方向に変位可能に配置され、径方向に延出する第1受圧部を有するクラッチピストンと、
前記第2部材に対して相対回転不能かつ軸方向に変位可能に設けられ、径方向に延出する第2受圧部と、前進したときに前記第1部材に係合し前記第1部材と前記第2部材とを相対回転不能に係合させる係合部と、を有するジョイントピストンと、
前記第1受圧部に油圧を作用させる第1油室と、
前記第1油室に連通し、前記第1油室に油圧を供給すると前記第1油室に遅れて油圧が供給されて前記第2受圧部に油圧を作用させる第2油室と、
を備えたことを特徴とする多板式摩擦係合機構。 - 請求項1に記載の多板式摩擦係合機構であって、
前記係合部は、スプラインであり、前記第1部材に形成された別のスプラインと係合することによって前記第1部材と前記第2部材とが相対回転不能に係合される、
ことを特徴とする多板式摩擦係合機構。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の多板式摩擦係合機構であって、
前記第2油室は前記第1受圧部と前記第2受圧部との間に画成され、
前記第1油室と前記第2油室とは、前記第1受圧部に形成された連通孔を介して連通し、前記連通孔には前記第1油室の油圧が開弁圧まで上昇した時に開く弁が設けられる、
ことを特徴とする多板式摩擦係合機構。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の多板式摩擦係合機構であって、
前記係合部が前記第1部材に係合した状態において、前記ジョイントピストンの後退を規制する規制機構をさらに備えたことを特徴とする多板式摩擦係合機構。
