Description
直径24mm、長さ257.5mmのアルミニウムシリンダー(JIS−A3003、アルミニウム合金)を支持体(円筒状支持体)とした。
実施例1において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に用いた例示化合物(1−1)をそれぞれ例示化合物(1−2)〜(1−10)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例2〜8の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例1において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に例示化合物(1−1)を用いず、その代わりに、下引き層用塗布液を調製する際に例示化合物(1−1)0.3部を上記共重合ナイロン樹脂および上記メトキシメチル化6ナイロン樹脂とともに上記メタノール400部/n−ブタノール200部の混合溶剤に溶解させて下引き層用塗布液を調製した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例9の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例9において、下引き層用塗布液を調製する際に用いた例示化合物(1−1)をそれぞれ例示化合物(1−2)および(1−3)に変更した以外は、実施例9と同様にして、実施例10および11の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例1において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に例示化合物(1−1)0.1部を用いるとともに、さらに、下引き層用塗布液を調製する際に例示化合物(1−1)0.3部を上記共重合ナイロン樹脂および上記メトキシメチル化6ナイロン樹脂とともに上記メタノール400部/n−ブタノール200部の混合溶剤に溶解させて下引き層用塗布液を調製した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例12の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例1において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に例示化合物(1−1)を用いなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして、比較例1の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例1において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に用いた例示化合物(1−1)をそれぞれ以下に示す比較化合物(2−1)〜(2−4)に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、比較例2〜5の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例9において、下引き層用塗布液を調製する際に用いた例示化合物(1−1)を比較化合物(2−1)に変更した以外は、実施例9と同様にして、比較例6の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例12において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に例示化合物(1−1)を比較化合物(2−1)に変更し、下引き層用塗布液を調製する際に用いた例示化合物(1−1)を比較化合物(2−1)に変更した以外は、実施例12と同様にして、比較例7の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例1において、電荷発生物質をCuKαの特性X線回折におけるブラッグ角2θ±0.2°の9.0°、14.2°、23.9°および27.1°に強いピークを有する結晶形のオキシチタニウムフタロシアニン結晶に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例13の電子写真感光体を製造した。
実施例13において、電荷発生層用塗布液を調製する際に用いた例示化合物(1−1)を比較化合物(2−1)に変更した以外は、実施例13と同様にして、比較例8の電子写真感光体を製造した。
フォトメモリーの評価は、ヒューレットパッカード社製のレーザービームプリンター(商品名:LaserJet Pro400Color M451dn)の改造機を用いて行った。改造点としては、レーザーパワーを0.40μJ/cm2に改造した。

△Vlの値は、小さいほどフォトメモリーが抑えられていることを意味する。
結果を表1に示す。

Claims (12)
- 支持体および感光層をこの順に有する電子写真感光体において、
該感光層が、フタロシアニン顔料および式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物を含有し、
該式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物の、密度汎関数計算B3LYP/6−31Gレベルでの分子軌道計算の結果より得られた双極子モーメントが、6.5debye以上であることを特徴とする電子写真感光体。
(式(1)中のR1およびR2は、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは無置換のアルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のアリール基、置換もしくは無置換のピリジル基、置換もしくは無置換のチエニル基、置換もしくは無置換のピペリジル基、または、置換のアミノ基を示す。) - 前記感光層が、前記支持体側から順に、電荷発生層および電荷輸送層を有し、前記フタロシアニン顔料および前記式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物が、該電荷発生層中に含有されている請求項1に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記電荷発生層中の、前記式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物の含有量が、前記電荷発生層の全質量に対して0.05質量%以上15質量%以下である請求項2に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記電荷発生層中の、前記式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物の含有量が、前記フタロシアニン顔料の含有量に対して、0.1質量%以上20質量%以下である請求項2又は3に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 支持体、下引き層および感光層をこの順に有する電子写真感光体において、
該下引き層が、式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物を含有し、
該感光層が、フタロシアニン顔料を含有し、
該式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物の、密度汎関数計算B3LYP/6−31Gレベルでの分子軌道計算の結果より得られた双極子モーメントが、6.5debye以上であることを特徴とする電子写真感光体。
(式(1)中のR1およびR2は、それぞれ独立に、置換もしくは無置換のアルキル基、置換もしくは無置換のアリール基、置換もしくは無置換のピリジル基、置換もしくは無置換のチエニル基、置換もしくは無置換のピペリジル基、または、置換のアミノ基を示す。) - 前記感光層が、前記支持体側から順に、電荷発生層および電荷輸送層を有し、前記フタロシアニン顔料が、該電荷発生層中に含有されている請求項5に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物の、前記式(1)中のR1およびR2が、ピリジル基、ピペリジル基、アルキル基もしくはアリール基で置換されたアミノ基、または、2級アミンもしくは3級アミンで置換されたアリール基である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物の、密度汎関数計算B3LYP/6−31Gレベルでの分子軌道計算の結果より得られたLUMOが、−2.4eV〜−2.0eVである請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記式(1)で示されるジシアノエチレン化合物が、式(1−1)、式(1−2)および式(1−3)から選択されるいずれかで示されるジシアノエチレン化合物である請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 前記フタロシアニン顔料が、ヒドロキシガリウムフタロシアニンである請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の電子写真感光体。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電子写真感光体と、帯電手段、現像手段およびクリーニング手段からなる群より選択される少なくとも1つの手段とを一体に支持し、電子写真装置本体に着脱自在であることを特徴とするプロセスカートリッジ。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電子写真感光体、ならびに、帯電手段、露光手段、現像手段および転写手段を有することを特徴とする電子写真装置。
