Claims (10)
- 静電結合を利用して電極群を有するセンサに接続されたセンサコントローラと双方向通信を行うアクティブスタイラスであって、
ペン先に設けられた電極と、
前記電極を介して、
前記センサコントローラから送信された信号であって、前記アクティブスタイラスが前記センサコントローラに対して送信すべきデータを識別するコマンドを含むアップリンク信号を所定の周期で受信し、
前記所定の周期の期間に前記アップリンク信号より時間長が短い補助アップリンク信号を検出し、前記補助アップリンク信号を検出したタイミングで前記コマンドに指定された前記送信すべきデータを送信する
制御部と、
を含むアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記制御部は、
前記所定の周期の期間に前記補助アップリンク信号を複数回検出し、
前記送信すべきデータを、前記補助アップリンク信号を検出した複数回のタイミングのそれぞれに分割して送信する
請求項1記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記補助アップリンク信号は、前記コマンドを含まない信号であって、前記所定の周期の期間に発生する前記タイミングを通知するための信号である
請求項1または2に記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記アップリンク信号は、前記コマンドが含まれた所定ビット数の時間長の信号であり、
前記補助アップリンク信号は、前記所定ビット数より小さいビット数分の時間長の信号である
請求項1記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記補助アップリンク信号は1ビット分の時間長の信号である
請求項4記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記センサコントローラは、表示パネルとともに設置される電極群を有するセンサに接続され、
前記所定の周期は、前記表示パネルの表示動作周期である
請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記補助アップリンク信号は、前記表示動作周期の中に含まれた表示動作のブランク期間のタイミングを示す信号である
請求項6に記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記ブランク期間は、前記表示動作周期内に発生する所定個の水平帰線期間あるいは所定個の水平帰線期間が集約された期間に対応して発生する期間である
請求項7に記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 前記コマンドは、更に前記ブランク期間の配置方法を示すデータを含む
請求項7に記載のアクティブスタイラス。 - 静電結合を利用して電極群を有するセンサに接続されたセンサコントローラと双方向通信を行うアクティブスタイラスであって、
ペン先に設けられた電極と、
前記電極を介して、
前記センサコントローラから送信された信号であって、前記アクティブスタイラスが前記センサコントローラに対して送信すべきデータを識別するコマンドを含むコマンド信号を所定の周期で受信し、
前記所定の周期の期間に前記コマンド信号より時間長が短いタイミング信号を検出し、前記タイミング信号を検出したタイミングで前記送信すべきデータを送信する
制御部と、
を含むアクティブスタイラス。
