Description
Claims (5)
- 内部に貯蔵室を形成する断熱箱体を有する冷蔵庫であって、
前記断熱箱体が、真空断熱パネルとその真空断熱パネルの少なくとも一部を覆う壁材とからなる断熱壁体によって構成され、
前記壁材が、断熱箱体を形成した際に箱の内側に配される内板と外側に配される外板とからなり、
前記内板には、貯蔵室内の空間を上下に仕切る仕切部材の支持部材、又は容器を移動させるためのレールを取り付けるレール取り付け部材が設けられ、
これら仕切部材の支持部材又はレール取り付け部材は、前記内板と前記真空断熱パネルとの間に挟持部をそれぞれ有し、
該挟持部は、前記内板又は前記真空断熱パネルと、反応性ホットメルト接着剤を介して接着されている
ことを特徴とする冷蔵庫。 - 前記反応性ホットメルト接着剤が、イソシアネート基を有するウレタンプレポリマーからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記真空断熱パネルが、前記外板と内板とによって挟まれ、これら外板及び内板のそれぞれと反応性ホットメルト接着剤を介して接着されて前記断熱壁体を構成していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記断熱箱体が前記断熱壁体を複数組み合わせて構成されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
- 前記外板と内板の少なくとも一方が真空断熱パネル側に突出したフランジを有し、この突出部の長さが真空断熱パネルの厚さよりも短いことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の冷蔵庫。
