Description
a.ばねホルダを溶接あるいは接着により入力軸に固着して固定の配置とする。
b.入力軸の外径面に止め輪を取付けて、ばねホルダが内輪から離反する方向に移動するのを防止する
c.入力軸の外径面に雄ねじを形成し、その雄ねじにナット部材をねじ係合し、そのナット部材と前記内輪でばねホルダの内周部を軸方向の両側から挟持して、ばねホルダを軸方向に固定する。
d.ばねホルダのばね保持片の端部に内向きの係合爪を設け、その係合爪を内輪の軸方向他側面に係合させて、ばねホルダの軸方向への移動を防止する。
e.入力軸の軸端部を回転自在に支持する軸受と内輪間にばねホルダを組み込んで、そのばねホルダの内周部を内輪と軸受とで挟持して、ばねホルダの軸方向への移動を防止する。
f.電磁クラッチとばねホルダの対向部間に間座を組込み、その間座でばねホルダを内輪の軸方向端面に押し付けて、ばねホルダが内輪から離反する方向に移動するのを防止する。

Claims (8)
- 入力軸と、その入力軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸の相互間において回転の伝達と遮断
とを行なう2方向クラッチおよびその2方向クラッチの係合および解除を制御する電磁ク
ラッチを有し、
前記2方向クラッチが、前記出力軸の軸端部に設けられた外輪の内周と前記入力軸の軸
端部に設けられた内輪の外周間に、制御保持器および回転保持器のそれぞれに設けられた
柱部が周方向に交互に配置されるよう組込み、隣接する柱部間に形成されたポケット内に
前記外輪の内周および内輪の外周に対して係合可能な一対の係合子と、その一対の係合子
を離反する方向に付勢する弾性部材とを組込んだ構成とされ、
前記電磁クラッチが、電磁石を有し、その電磁石に対する通電により制御保持器を軸方
向に移動させ、その移動により制御保持器と回転保持器をポケットの周方向幅が小さくな
る方向に相対回転させて一対の係合子を係合解除させる構成とされ、
前記内輪の軸方向端面に衝合されて、その内輪に回り止めされた環状のばねホルダの外
周に、制御保持器と回転保持器の柱部を受け止めて前記一対の係合子が係合解除とされる
中立位置から制御保持器と回転保持器がポケットの周方向幅が小さくなる方向にさらに相
対回転するのを阻止する制動片と、その制動片の外周部から前記弾性部材の径方向外方に
張り出して弾性部材の脱落するのを阻止するばね保持片を設けた回転伝達装置において、
前記入力軸と前記内輪の相互間に回転方向のガタが生じないように、前記内輪が前記入力軸の一部である入力軸と一体の大径部によって構成され、前記ばねホルダが前記内輪の軸方向端面から離反するのを阻止する位置決め手段を備えたことを特徴とする回転伝達装置。 - 前記位置決め手段が、前記入力軸に対するばねホルダの固着による請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記位置決め手段が、前記入力軸の外径面に対する止め輪の取付けによる請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記位置決め手段が、前記入力軸の外径面に雄ねじを形成し、その雄ねじにナット部材をねじ係合し、そのナット部材と前記内輪でばねホルダの内周部を軸方向の両側から挟持する構成とされた請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記位置決め手段が、前記ばねホルダのばね保持片の端部に内向きの係合爪を設け、その係合爪を前記内輪の軸方向他側面に係合させた構成からなる請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記位置決め手段が、前記外輪の内部に組み込まれて前記入力軸の軸端部を回転自在に支持する軸受と前記内輪間に前記ばねホルダを組み込んで、そのばねホルダの内周部を内輪と軸受とで挟持した構成からなる請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記位置決め手段が、前記電磁クラッチとばねホルダの対向部間に間座を組込み、その間座でばねホルダを内輪の軸方向端面に押し付ける構成とされた請求項1に記載の回転伝達装置。
- 前記ばねホルダが、鋼板のプレス成形品からなる請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の回転伝達装置。
