Claims (3)
- 入力軸と、その入力軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸と、その両軸の軸端部を覆うハウジングと、そのハウジング内に組み込まれて入力軸から出力軸への回転の伝達と遮断とを行なう2方向クラッチおよび前記入力軸上に設けられて2方向クラッチの係合、解除を制御する電磁クラッチを有し、
前記電磁クラッチが、前記入力軸の軸方向に移動自在に支持されたアーマチュアと、径の異なる筒部を内外に有し、その内筒部が前記入力軸に嵌合され、かつ、軸方向に位置決めされて前記アーマチュアに対向配置されたロータと、そのロータの外筒部および内筒部内に組み込まれてロータと軸方向で対向し、通電により前記アーマチュアに磁気吸引力を付与してロータに吸着させる電磁石とからなり、
前記電磁石に対する通電により前記アーマチュアをロータに向けて軸方向に移動させて前記2方向クラッチを係合解除させるようにし、
前記ロータは、前記入力軸に回り止めされている回転伝達装置において、
前記電磁石の電磁コイルを支持するコアの外側端面に、軸受支持筒と、その軸受支持筒の端部から径方向外向きに延びる外向きフランジとを設け、その外向きフランジを前記コアの外側端面に衝合して結合し、前記軸受支持筒の内径は前記コアの内径より大径とされ、その軸受支持筒内に軸受を嵌合して設け、前記ロータにおける内筒部の端部に前記軸受支持筒内に配置される小径筒部を設け、その小径筒部を前記軸受内に圧入して電磁石とロータとをユニット化し、
前記入力軸の外周の、前記ロータの前記内筒部と嵌合する部分に、前記内筒部から前記入力軸への磁気漏洩を低減する周方向溝を形成したことを特徴とする回転伝達装置。 - 入力軸と、その入力軸と同軸上に配置された出力軸と、その両軸の軸端部を覆うハウジングと、そのハウジング内に組み込まれて入力軸から出力軸への回転の伝達と遮断とを行なう2方向クラッチおよび前記入力軸上に設けられて2方向クラッチの係合、解除を制御する電磁クラッチを有し、
前記電磁クラッチが、前記入力軸の軸方向に移動自在に支持されたアーマチュアと、径の異なる筒部を内外に有し、その内筒部が前記入力軸に嵌合され、かつ、軸方向に位置決めされて前記アーマチュアに対向配置されたロータと、そのロータの外筒部および内筒部内に組み込まれてロータと軸方向で対向し、通電により前記アーマチュアに磁気吸引力を付与してロータに吸着させる電磁石とからなり、
前記電磁石に対する通電により前記アーマチュアをロータに向けて軸方向に移動させて前記2方向クラッチを係合解除させるようにし、
前記ロータは、前記入力軸に回り止めされている回転伝達装置において、
前記電磁石の電磁コイルを支持するコアの外側端面に、軸受支持筒と、その軸受支持筒の端部から径方向外向きに延びる外向きフランジとを設け、その外向きフランジを前記コアの外側端面に衝合して結合し、前記軸受支持筒の内径は前記コアの内径より大径とされ、その軸受支持筒内に軸受を嵌合して設け、前記ロータにおける内筒部の端部に前記軸受支持筒内に配置される小径筒部を設け、その小径筒部を前記軸受内に圧入して電磁石とロータとをユニット化し、
前記外向きフランジの外径面を前記ハウジングの内径面に嵌合してコアの外径面を軸方向の全長にわたって同一径としたことを特徴とする回転伝達装置。 - 前記入力軸と前記ロータの嵌合面間に非磁性体からなるリングを介在した請求項1又は2に記載の回転伝達装置。
