Description
本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる「丸端子固定構造」及び該丸端子固定構造が用いられた「電気接続箱」を図1〜6を参照して説明する。
本発明の第2の実施形態にかかる「丸端子固定構造」及び該丸端子固定構造が用いられた「電気接続箱」を図7〜10を参照して説明する。また、図7〜10において、第1の実施形態と同一構成部分には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

Claims (2)
- 電線の端末に接続された丸端子をバスバに重ねてボルトで固定する丸端子固定構造において、
前記丸端子が、前記ボルトが通される第1貫通孔が形成されたボルト挿通部と、前記電線の芯線を圧着する芯線圧着部と、を有し、
前記バスバが、前記ボルトが通される第2貫通孔が形成された平板部と、該平板部から立設し、前記丸端子がボルト締めされる際に前記芯線圧着部に当接することで前記丸端子の廻り止めを行う立設片と、を有し、
前記立設片の先端部全体が、前記第2貫通孔から離れるにしたがって前記平板部に近付く方向に傾斜している
ことを特徴とする丸端子固定構造。 - 前記バスバが、前記平板部から立設し、前記第1貫通孔が前記第2貫通孔に重なった状態で前記立設片との間に前記芯線圧着部を位置付ける第2の立設片をさらに有し、
前記第2の立設片の先端部全体が、前記第2貫通孔から離れるにしたがって前記平板部に近付く方向に傾斜している
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の丸端子固定構造。
