Claims (1)
- 粉砕室と、
該粉砕室内に配置され回転軸と、
該回転軸に固定された回転部材を有する回転体と、
前記粉砕室の外殻を構成するケーシングと、を備え、
前記ケーシングに、内周面が波形に形成された波型曲面である筒形の枠体を前記回転軸と同軸状に設け、
前記波型曲面は、円周方向に無端の曲面であり、円周方向に沿って一定のピッチで波型の形状が形成されており、前記波形のピッチが振幅よりも大きく設定され、
前記回転部材が、円盤上に、環状又は弧状に立設され半径方向に延び出す複数の支持板により連結される環状部材又は弧状部材を備え、
前記粉砕室は、吸引ブロアの吸引圧力と前記回転体によって、吸い込み風量が発生し、前記粉砕室に供給される粉粒体と気体の固気二相流が、前記ケーシングと回転体の間隙から前記粉砕室に導入され、前記回転体により加速されながら前記粉砕室内で前記波型曲面と前記回転部材の間の空間で旋回し、前記波型曲面と、環状部材又は弧状部材に固気二相流が衝突するとともに、この固気二相流の圧縮膨張が周方向に沿って周期的に行われ粉粒体同士で衝突することにより、前記波型曲面と、前記環状部材又は弧状部材の間の空間で前記粉粒体が粉砕されることを特徴とするミル。
