Claims (14)
- 炭素原子数6〜12のアルカンジカルボン酸と炭素原子数6〜12のアルカンジアミンの反応によって、塩の水溶液を連続的に製造する方法であって、以下の工程
工程a)反応器内で水性塩溶液を製造するために、規定量のアルカンジカルボン酸が固形物として、少なくとも一つの第一供給ポイントを経て第一反応器に計量投入され、および、準化学量論的な量の無希釈のアルカンジアミンが少なくとも一つの第二供給ポイントにて、そして同時に、水が第一反応器の少なくとも一つの第三供給ポイントにて計量投入され、前記第一反応器内で、アルカンジカルボン酸とアルカンジアミンの化学量論比は1:0.95〜0.99である、
工程b)形成された塩溶液が、続いて接続されている第二反応器に連続的に輸送される
工程c)前記アルカンジアミンの補填が第二反応器で行われ、その際、第一および第二反応器における化学量論比が、一定温度でのpH値測定によって調節される
を含む方法。 - 前記第一反応器内でpH値が6.0〜7に、前記第二反応器内でpH値が6.8〜7.8に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一反応器内でpH値が6.0〜7に、前記第二反応器内でpH値が7.0〜7.4に維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第一反応器内で、前記水溶液が、アルカンジカルボン酸とアルカンジアミンからなる塩の濃度が50〜65重量%であるように維持されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一および第二反応器における反応が、温度70℃〜120℃で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一および第二反応器における反応が、温度80〜95℃で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一および第二反応器における反応が、90℃の温度で実施されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一反応器に計量投入されるアルカンジアミンと水の量が、導入されたアルカンジカルボン酸の量に応じて決定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカンジカルボン酸が、重量測定によるスルーフロー測定を備えた計量装置を経て第一反応器に計量投入されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一および第二反応器として、撹拌式反応器が使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応器内の不活性ガス雰囲気を確保するために、不活性ガスが少なくとも一つの供給ラインを経て、第一及び/又は第二反応器に供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 第一及び/又は第二反応器用の水と不活性ガスが、循環されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカンジカルボン酸が、アジピン酸、オクタン二酸、アゼライン酸、セバシン酸、デカン二酸、ドデカン二酸およびこれらの混合物からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記アルカンジアミンが、ヘキサメチレンジアミン、オクタメチレンジアミン、デカメチレンジアミン、ドデカメチレンジアミン、ビス(4-アミノシクロヘキシル)メタンおよびビス(4-アミノシクロヘキシル)プロパン-2,2からなる群より選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
