Claims (8)
- 合成樹脂成形用の金型に取り付けられるスプルーブッシュにおいて、
射出成形ノズルから射出される合成樹脂の流路を有し、合成樹脂の注入口側の面に凹部が形成されたスプルーブッシュ本体と、
前記凹部に埋め込まれるブッシュ部品とを備え、
前記ブッシュ部品は、射出成型ノズルが接触するノズル接触面と、該ノズル接触面の開口から延び且つ前記スプルーブッシュ本体の前記流路と連通して合成樹脂の流路を形成する貫通孔と、該貫通孔の周面から外側に放射状に延びる複数のリブとを有し、
前記リブの上端は、前記ノズル接触面の裏面と結合し、前記リブの下端は、前記凹部の底部と当接することを特徴とするスプルーブッシュ。 - 前記リブは、周方向に等間隔に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスプルーブッシュ。
- 前記ブッシュ部品は、前記リブと交差し且つ前記貫通孔の外周を囲むリング状リブを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスプルーブッシュ。
- 前記ノズル接触面は、円形に湾曲し且つ凹凸面に形成された窪み面であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のスプルーブッシュ。
- 前記ノズル接触面の凹凸面は、同心円状の複数段形状に形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスプルーブッシュ。
- 前記スプルーブッシュ本体の凹部の側面を形成する外側部分が前記スプルーブッシュ本体から取り外し可能であって、前記外側部分が取り外された状態の前記スプルーブッシュ本体の凹部の位置に前記ブッシュ部品を設置した後、前記外側部分を取り付けることで前記ブッシュ部品は前記凹部に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のスプルーブッシュ。
- 射出成形ノズルから射出される合成樹脂の流路を有し、合成樹脂の注入口側の面に凹部が形成されたスプルーブッシュ本体と、前記凹部に埋め込まれるブッシュ部品とを有して構成されるスプルーブッシュの前記ブッシュ部品において、
前記ブッシュ部品は、射出成型ノズルが接触するノズル接触面と、該ノズル接触面の開口から延び且つ前記スプルーブッシュ本体の前記流路と連通して合成樹脂の流路を形成する貫通孔と、該貫通孔の周面から外側に放射状に延びる複数のリブとを有し、
前記リブの上端は、前記ノズル接触面の裏面と結合し、前記リブの下端は、前記凹部に埋め込まれた際に前記凹部の底部と当接することを特徴とするブッシュ部品。 - 合成樹脂成形用の金型に取り付けられるスプルーブッシュにおいて、
円盤状のヘッド部とそれより径の小さい円柱状の軸部とが同軸に一体となって構成され、前記ヘッド部から前記軸部にわたる軸中心には、射出成形ノズルから射出される合成樹脂が流れる流路が形成され、
前記ヘッド部は、射出成形ノズルが接触する面であって且つ前記流路の開口を有するノズル接触面と、前記ノズル接触面の裏面側内部に前記流路をリング状に囲む中空領域と、前記流路の周面から前記中空領域に向けて放射状に延びる複数のリブとを有し、
前記リブの上端は、前記ノズル接触面の裏面と結合し、前記リブの下端は、前記中空領域の底部と当接することを特徴とするスプルーブッシュ。
