Claims (6)
- 把持空間(21)においてワークピースまたは工具を把持力(F)で把持するチャック(1)であって、
1つの把持面(E)に沿って前記把持空間(21)の1つの中心Zの方向に並進移動することができる少なくとも2つのチャックジョー(2)であって、前記把持空間(21)が前記チャックジョー(2)の面(2s)によって形成される、少なくとも2つのチャックジョー(2)と、
純粋に確動的な歯車列であって、前記歯車列が、前記チャックジョー(2)を動かすために、前記歯車列の結合手段によって前記歯車列に結合される駆動モータ(20)の駆動トルクを前記チャックジョー(2)に伝達するために少なくとも主に前記チャック(1)内に配置され、純粋に確動的な前記結合手段が、自動化操作によって、かつ前記駆動モータ(20)だけによって前記駆動モータ(20)の対応する結合連結部に結合させることが可能であり、前記把持空間(21)の最大寸法から前記把持空間(21)の最小寸法までの移動であって前記駆動モータ(20)から前記歯車列を介して実行される移動を実施できる、純粋に確動的な歯車列と、
を備え、
前記結合手段が、弾性的に取り付けられた駆動軸(8)であって、確動的に作用し、かつ前記チャック(1)の背面(1r)に配置された結合要素を有する、駆動軸(8)を有し、
前記結合要素が、前記駆動モータ(20)のモータ軸(14)の対応する結合要素(15)と確動的に係合する、チャック(1)と、
前記チャック(1)および/または前記駆動モータ(20)を収容するためのチャック受部(13)に設けられた前記駆動モータ(20)と、
前記チャック(1)を取り替えるための取替え手段と、を有し、
前記取替え手段は、前記チャック(1)を自動で交換するロボットアームである、システム。 - 前記チャック(1)が、純粋に機械的に構成される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つのチャックジョー(2)間にある開口幅(D)が、サーボモータとして構成された前記駆動モータによって調節可能である、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 前記把持力(F)が、サーボモータとして構成された前記駆動モータ(20)によって直接調節可能である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記チャック(1)の前面(1v)には、把持空間(21)があり、
前記チャック(1)の前記前面(1v)とは反対側を向く背面(1r)には、結合手段がある、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記モータ軸(14)が、弾性的に取り付けられる、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
