Claims (14)
- 生理的腔の開口部に全体に小径の搬送状態からより大径の展開状態に順応可能に配置される植え込み型デバイスであって、
前記植え込み型デバイスは、展開状態で、長手方向中心線から離れる方向に角度をつけて曲がる逆U字状のU字状フレームワーク構造体であって、前記U字状フレームワーク構造体から直接伸長する少なくとも2本のアンカー脚を有する、U字状フレームワーク構造体を備え、
前記U字状フレームワーク構造体は、前記生理的腔の前記開口部の近くに置かれるように寸法決めされ、設定された、少なくとも1つの横領域を有し、
前記少なくとも2本のアンカー脚は、展開状態で、前記U字状フレームワーク構造体の全体的に対向する側から、全体的に平行で対向する面に沿って伸長し、前記少なくとも2本のアンカー脚は、近接する腔上の全体的に互いに対向する組織表面領域に接触するように寸法決めされ、設定され、
前記植え込み型デバイスは、前記フレームワーク構造体の少なくとも一部に結合された膜をさらに備える、
