実施例1

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部はループ形状,バスケット形状、または、コイル形状を含む動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部は白金を含む動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部を前記閉鎖構造に結合させるアタッチメント構造をさらに含む動脈瘤装置において。

実施例4に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記アタッチメント構造は硬化したはんだを含む動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記閉鎖構造または前記コイル先端部の少なくとも一つの一部分は、前記動脈瘤の少なくとも一部分を閉塞するように構成される障壁部によって少なくとも一部分が覆われている動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部は前記動脈瘤の頸部内に存在する動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部は前記動脈瘤から、または、前記動脈瘤への流れを許容するように構成される透過性枠組を含む動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記閉鎖構造の近位に接続される補助スタビライザをさらに含み、前記補助スタビライザは前記動脈内に存在し、その内腔壁を外側に押すように構成される動脈瘤装置。

実施例1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記閉鎖構造の前記遠位対向側面または前記コイル先端部の少なくとも一つは、複雑な湾曲表面を形成する動脈瘤装置。

動脈瘤に隣接する位置へ血管内で送達可能である動脈瘤装置であって、前記動脈瘤装置は、前記動脈瘤を少なくとも部分的に閉塞するように構成される遠位対向側面を備える閉鎖構造と、前記閉鎖構造から遠位および/または周囲に延在し、並びに、前記動脈瘤の中に少なくともその一部分が含まれる複数のコイル先端部と、前記閉鎖構造に接続される補助スタビライザであって,前記動脈内に存在し、その内腔壁を外側に押すように構成される前記補助スタビライザと、を含む動脈瘤装置。

実施例14に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部のそれぞれは、ループ形状,バスケット形状、または、コイル形状を有する動脈瘤装置。

実施例14に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記コイル先端部は前記動脈瘤の頸部に存在する動脈瘤装置。

実施例14に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記閉鎖構造および前記コイル先端部は前記動脈瘤から、または、前記動脈瘤への流れを許容するように構成される透過性枠組を含む動脈瘤装置。
実施例18
動脈瘤に隣接する部位に血管内で送達可能である動脈瘤閉鎖枠組であって、前記動脈瘤閉鎖枠組は、前記部位において拡張されたとき,前記動脈瘤を少なくとも部分的に閉塞するように構成される遠位対向側面と,動脈の内腔をアーチ状に覆うように構成される近位対向側面を有する遠位枠組部分と、前記遠位枠組部分に対して第1の横方向に遠位に延在し、前記動脈瘤の中に少なくともその一部分が含まれる第1のコイル先端部と、前記第1の横方向とは反対の第2の横方向に延在し、前記動脈瘤の中に少なくともその一部分が含まれる第2のコイル先端部を備える記動脈瘤閉鎖枠組。
実施例19
実施例18に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部はそれぞれループを備え、および、一緒になって略数字の8形状を形成する動脈瘤装置。
実施例20
実施例18に記載の動脈瘤装置において、前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部は、前記動脈瘤の頸部または壁部の少なくとも一方を押圧または少なくとも一方の外形を形成する動脈瘤装置。
Claims (14)
- 動脈の動脈瘤に隣接する位置へ血管内で送達可能である動脈瘤装置であって、
前記動脈瘤に少なくとも部分的に架かるように構成される遠位対向側面,および、前記動脈の内腔をアーチ状に覆うように構成された近位対向側面を備える閉鎖構造と、
前記閉鎖構造は、複数のストラットを含む周囲保持部と、複数のストラットを含む内側保持部を備え、前記周囲保持部の少なくとも1つのストラットは、前記内側保持部の少なくとも1つのストラットと略平行である前記閉鎖構造と、
前記閉鎖構造から延在し、並びに、前記動脈瘤の中に少なくともその一部分が含まれるように構成される第1のコイル先端部と、
前記閉鎖構造から延在し、並びに、前記動脈瘤の中に少なくともその一部分が含まれるように構成される第2のコイル先端部と、
前記周囲保持部の一端、前記内側保持部の一端、前記第1のコイル先端部の一端、及び、前記第2のコイル先端部の一端が接合される第1の接合部と、
前記周囲保持部の他端、前記内側保持部の他端、前記第1のコイル先端部の他端、及び、前記第2のコイル先端部の他端が接合される第2の接合部と、を備え、
前記第1のコイル先端部と前記第2のコイル先端部は、前記閉鎖構造の対向する側面から周囲に延在し、
前記遠位対向側面は、前記動脈瘤の頸部と係合する曲面を形成し、
前記第1のコイル先端部及び前記第2のコイル先端部が、前記閉鎖構造の材料よりも柔らかい材料からなる、動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部はループ形状,バスケット形状、または、コイル形状を含む動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部は白金を含む動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部を前記閉鎖構造に結合させるアタッチメント構造をさらに含む動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項4に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記アタッチメント構造は硬化したはんだを含む動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記閉鎖構造または前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部の少なくとも一つの一部分は、前記動脈瘤の少なくとも一部分を閉塞するように構成される障壁部によって少なくとも一部分が覆われている動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部は前記動脈瘤から、または、前記動脈瘤への流れを許容するように構成される透過性枠組を含む動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記閉鎖構造の近位に接続される補助スタビライザをさらに含み、前記補助スタビライザは前記動脈内に存在し、その内腔壁を外側に押すように構成される動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部はそれぞれループを備え、および、一緒になって略数字の8形状を形成する動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項1に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記閉鎖構造の前記遠位対向側面または前記第1のコイル先端部および前記第2のコイル先端部の少なくとも一つは、湾曲表面を形成する動脈瘤装置。 - 動脈瘤に隣接する位置へ血管内で送達可能である動脈瘤装置であって、
前記動脈瘤を少なくとも部分的に閉塞するように構成される遠位対向側面を備える閉鎖構造であって、前記閉鎖構造は周囲保持部と内側保持部を備え、前記内側保持部は前記周囲保持部によって規定される境界の内側にある前記閉鎖構造と、
前記閉鎖構造から周囲に延在し、並びに、前記動脈瘤の中に少なくともその一部分が含まれるように構成される複数のコイル先端部と、
前記閉鎖構造に接続される補助スタビライザであって動脈内に存在し、その内腔壁を外側に押すように構成される前記補助スタビライザと、
前記周囲保持部の一端、前記内側保持部の一端、前記複数のコイル先端部の一端が接合される第1の接合部と、
前記周囲保持部の他端、前記内側保持部の他端、前記複数のコイル先端部の他端が接合される第2の接合部と、を備え、
前記遠位対向側面は、前記動脈瘤の頸部と係合する曲面を形成し、
前記複数のコイル先端部が、前記閉鎖構造の材料よりも柔らかい材料からなる、動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項11に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記コイル先端部のそれぞれは、ループ形状,バスケット形状、または、コイル形状を有する動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項11に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記コイル先端部は前記動脈瘤の頸部に存在する動脈瘤装置。 - 請求項11に記載の動脈瘤装置において、
前記閉鎖構造および前記コイル先端部は前記動脈瘤から、または、前記動脈瘤への流れを許容するように構成される透過性枠組を含む動脈瘤装置。
