Abstract

Claims (57)
- 生理的腔の開口部に全体に小径の搬送状態からより大径の展開状態に順応可能に配置される植え込み型デバイスであって、展開状態で実質的に逆U字状フレームワーク構造体から伸長する少なくとも2本のアンカー脚を有する前記逆U字状フレームワーク構造体を形成し、該構造体は、前記生理的腔の前記開口部の近くに置かれるように寸法決めされ、設定された少なくとも1つの横領域を有し、前記少なくとも2本のアンカー脚が前記U字状フレームワーク支持構造体の少なくとも相対する側から伸長し、近接する腔上のほぼ互いに対向する側で組織表面領域に接触するように寸法決めされ、設定されている植え込み型デバイス。

- 前記膜、前記支持構造体及び前記アンカー脚の少なくとも1つは、親水性薬剤、疎水性薬剤、結合剤、減摩剤、血栓溶解剤、抗凝血薬、抗炎症薬、放射性物質、治療薬及び膨潤性物質から成るグループから選ばれたタイプの物質を伴う、請求項26に記載の植え込み型デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの放射線不透過のマーカーが、前記フレームワーク構造体、前記膜及び前記アンカー脚のうちの少なくとも1つに結合されている、請求項26に記載の植え込み型デバイス。
- 少なくとも1つの放射線不透過のマーカーが前記フレームワーク構造体に結合され、少なくとも1つの放射線不透過のマーカーが前記アンカー脚の少なくとも1つに結合され、前記フレームワーク構造体及び前記少なくとも1つのアンカー脚に結合された前記両マーカーは弁別的である、請求項1に記載の植え込み型デバイス。
- 追加の構造物が、前記支持構造体から前記アンカー脚の反対方向へ突出している請求項1に記載の植え込み型デバイス。

- 全体に小さな直径の搬送状態からより大きな直径形状を占める展開状態に順応可能な、生理学上の腔の開口部に配置するための植え込み可能なデバイスであって、前記腔の開口部の近傍の組織に近接して位置決めるように寸法が決められ設定された少なくとも1つの横領域と、展開状態で、ほぼ相対する側に配置されて、反対側の固定表面領域に沿った近傍の血管壁に接触する少なくとも2本のアンカー脚と、展開状態で、前記固定表面領域に近接する表面領域で前記固定表面領域とは異なる周方向の血管壁位置において近傍血管壁に接触する少なくとも2つの近位のアンカー延長部とを備えるフレームワーク支持構造体を展開状態で形成する、植え込み可能なデバイス。
- 全体に小さな直径の搬送状態からより大きな直径形状を占める展開状態に順応可能な、生理学上の腔の開口部に配置するための植え込み可能なデバイスであって、展開状態で、フレームワーク支持構造体と、ほぼ互いの反対側で前記フレームワーク支持構造体から離れて伸長する少なくとも2本のアンカー脚を形成し、前記フレームワーク支持構造体は、最も広い寸法を有する少なくとも1つの横領域を有し、前記少なくとも2本のアンカー脚間の距離は、展開状態において、前記フレームワーク支持構造体の横領域の前記最も広い寸法よりも小さい、植え込み可能なデバイス。
- 標的組織中の開口部又は腔に配置するための植え込み可能なデバイス組立体であって、細長い柔軟な搬送カテーテルと、該搬送カテーテルに関して軸方向に可動の少なくとも1つの細長い柔軟な搬送機構と、該搬送機構の先端に結合され、前記搬送カテーテルの先端に配置された植え込み可能なデバイスとを含み、前記植え込み可能なデバイスは全体に小さな直径の搬送状態から前記カテーテルの外でより大きな半径形状を占める展開状態へ順応可能であり、該植え込み可能なデバイスは、展開状態で、全体にU字形の支持構造体と、実質的に互いの反対側で前記U字状の支持構造体から伸長すると少なくとも2本のアンカー脚とを含む、植え込み可能なデバイス組立体。
- 標的組織中の開口部又は腔に配置するための植え込み可能なデバイス組立体であって、細長い柔軟なシースと、該シースに関して軸方向に可動の少なくとも1つの柔軟な搬送機構と、前記搬送機構の先端に結合され、展開状態で保護コンテナ内に配置された植え込み可能なデバイスとを含み、前記植え込み可能なデバイスは、より大きな直径形状を占める展開状態から前記柔軟なシースの先端内に位置決めることによってより小さな直径の搬送状態に順応可能であり、前記植え込み可能なデバイスは、展開状態で、全体にU字形の支持構造体と、実質的に互いの反対側で前記U字状の支持構造体から伸長すると少なくとも2本のアンカー脚とを含む、植え込み可能なデバイス組立体。
- 植え込み可能なデバイスを組み立てる方法であって、2つの横領域を結合する長手方向中心線及び2つの軸方向領域を結合する軸方向中心線を有する実質的に平面の全体にひし形の組立前のフレームワーク構造物を準備すること、全体にU字状のフレームワーク支持構造体を形成すべく、該支持構造体及び互いの反対側に全体にU字状の前記支持構造体から離れて伸長する2本のアンカー脚を前記長手方向中心線が実質的に2分する状態で、2つの終端を互いに近づけるように曲げることを含む、植え込み可能なデバイスを組み立てる方法。
- 動脈瘤の頸部近傍に植え込み可能なデバイスを展開する方法であって、小さな直径の搬送状態で動脈瘤の頸部近傍位置へ植え込み可能なデバイスを操ること、前記フレームワーク支持構造体の横領域の部分を含み、前記植え込み可能なデバイスの遠位部分を進めまた前記横領域の部分がより大きな直径、展開形状を占めることを可能にすることによって、前記動脈瘤の頸部の近傍位置で前記植え込み可能なデバイスの展開を開始すること、前記動脈瘤の頸部の直近に前記フレームワーク支持構造体の前記横領域部分を位置決めること、前記動脈瘤の頸部近傍で前記フレームワーク支持構造体を完全に展開するまで前記植え込み可能なデバイスの展開を継続すること、及び展開状態において、反対側の表面領域に沿って近隣の血管壁に接触すべく実質的に相対する側に配置される少なくとも2本の近位のアンカー脚を展開することによって、植え込み可能なデバイスの展開を完了することを含む、植え込み可能なデバイスを展開する方法。
- 動脈瘤の頸部近傍に植え込み可能なデバイスを展開する方法であって、
小さな直径の搬送状態で動脈瘤の頸部近傍位置へ植え込み可能なデバイスを操ること、前記フレームワーク支持構造体を含み、前記植え込み可能なデバイスの遠位部分を進め、また前記フレームワーク支持構造体がより大きな直径、展開形状を占めること可能にし、前記動脈瘤の前記頸部近傍に前記フレームワーク支持構造体の少なくとも一部を位置決めることにすることによって、前記動脈瘤の頸部の近傍位置で前記植え込み可能なデバイスの展開を開始すること、展開状態において、実質的に相対する側に配置され、反対側の固定表面領域に沿った近傍血管壁に接触する少なくとも2つのアンカー脚を展開するまで、植え込み可能なデバイスの展開を継続すること、及び展開状態において、前記固定表面領域に近接する表面領域で前記固定表面領域とは異なる周方向の血管壁位置において近傍血管壁に接触する少なくとも2つの近位のアンカー延長部を展開することにより、植え込み可能なデバイスの展開を完成することを含む、植え込み可能なデバイスを展開する方法。 - 2つの横領域を結合する長手方向中心線及び2つの終端領域を結合する軸方向中心線を有する全体に平面のひし形のフレームワーク構造体であって、前記軸方向中心線は前記長手方向中心線よりも長く、さらに、各終端領域から角度的に伸長する2本の脚を含む、全体に平面のひし形のフレームワーク構造体。
- 前記フレームワーク構造体は実質的に同じ形状を有する4つの曲がった先細りの側壁から構成されている、請求項50に記載の全体に平面のひし形のフレームワーク構造体。
- 全体にひし形のフレームワークの横領域及び軸方向領域の少なくとも2つは曲線状の形状を有する、請求項50に記載の全体に平面のひし形のフレームワーク構造体。
- 前記フレームワーク構造体は、さらに、前記長手方向中心線の領域で前記フレームワーク構造体と結合され又は該フレームワーク構造体の一部として形成され、前記長手方向中心線のいずれの側にもある距離を伸びる網目状構造物を含む、請求項50に記載の全体に平面のひし形のフレームワーク構造体。
