Description
Claims (8)
- オイル溜めハウジング(5)とオイル溜め底部(2)とを備える燃焼機関のためのオイルパン(1)であって、
前記オイル溜めハウジングが、一方では前記機関に、他方では前記オイルパンの前記オイル溜め底部(2)に固着されるようになっているとともに、車両の構成部品を支持するように構成され、
前記オイル溜めハウジングが、前記オイル溜め底部の支持端面(37、40、42)と封止接続するための下側支持端面(35)を有するオイルパンにおいて、
前記オイル溜めハウジング(5)が、2つの平行な長尺壁と、板(29)と、前記車両の一部を支持する補強板(27)を有しており、前記板(29)と前記補強板(27)は互いに並行に配置され、前記長尺壁の端部に連結されており、
前記板(29)は、水平な棒と、前記水平な棒に連結された下端をそれぞれ有する2つの側方棒を有しており、前記2つの側方棒は前記下端から上方に延びており、前記2つの側方棒の各々は前記長尺壁の1つに連結された上端を有しており、前記板(29)は上方に開口したノッチを画定し、
前記長尺壁の各々は、前記板(29)の前記側方棒の1つに連結された第1の端部と、前記補強板(27)の上部に連結された第2の端部を有しており、前記長尺壁と前記板(29)の前記側方棒と前記補強板(27)が協働して下方に開口したノッチを画定することを特徴とするオイルパン。 - 前記オイル溜め底部(2)の封止接続のための前記支持端面の少なくとも一部が、前記パンに収容されるオイルの面の下にあるような、オイルの量となるように、前記パンが構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のオイルパン(1)。
- 前記パンが、前記オイル溜めハウジング(5)の前記下側支持端面(35)と前記オイル溜め底部(2)の前記支持端面(37、40、42)との間に配置されたエラストマガスケット(33)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のオイルパン(1)。
- 前記オイル溜め底部(2)が、プラスチックで作製された外板(3)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のオイルパン(1)。
- 前記外板(3)が、前記外板(3)と一体に形成された前記オイルの処理と関連した構成部品(9)の少なくともいくつかを備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のオイルパン。
- 前記外板(3)が、リブ付き(25)又は溝付きの形状に構成され、前記外板(3)の外面が多孔質であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載のオイルパン。
- 前記オイル溜め底部(2)と前記オイル溜めハウジング(5)とが異なる材料で作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のうちの一項に記載のオイルパン。
- 機関と、請求項1から7のうちのいずれか一項に記載の前記機関のためのオイルパン(1)とを含む自動車。
