Description
Claims (7)
- 第1の取付部材が上下に延びる筒状の第2の取付部材に対して下側に配置されて、それら第1の取付部材と第2の取付部材が本体ゴム弾性体によって弾性連結されており、該本体ゴム弾性体の外周面のうちで該第2の取付部材に固着されることなく変形を許容されて該第1の取付部材と該第2の取付部材との間にわたって広がる外周面が略逆向き円錐台形状とされている一方、該第1の取付部材が防振対象部材側に取り付けられると共に、該第2の取付部材が振動源側に取り付けられるようにした防振装置において、
前記第2の取付部材の下方には別体のアウタブラケットが配設されていると共に、該第2の取付部材の下端部と該アウタブラケットの上端部との係止によって連結部が構成されて、該アウタブラケットが該第2の取付部材に対して該連結部において連結されて下方に延び出しており、該第2の取付部材が該アウタブラケットより上方に位置して露出されていると共に、該第2の取付部材が該アウタブラケットを介して前記振動源側に取り付けられるようになっている一方、
下方に延び出した該アウタブラケットが前記第1の取付部材に対して該第2の取付部材の軸直角方向に離隔して対向配置されており、該第1の取付部材と該アウタブラケットの当接によって該第1の取付部材と該第2の取付部材の軸直角方向での相対変位量を規制する軸直ストッパ手段が構成されていることを特徴とする防振装置。 - 前記第1の取付部材には外周側に突出するストッパ部が設けられていると共に、該ストッパ部が前記アウタブラケットに対して軸直角方向で所定距離を隔てて対向配置されて、該ストッパ部と該アウタブラケットの当接によって前記軸直ストッパ手段が構成されている一方、
該アウタブラケットが該ストッパ部よりも下方まで延び出していると共に、該アウタブラケットの下端部には該ストッパ部に対して下方に離隔して対向配置されたストッパ片が内周側に突出して設けられており、該ストッパ部と該ストッパ片の当接によって該第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材の軸方向離隔側への相対変位量を規制するリバウンドストッパ手段が構成されている請求項1に記載の防振装置。 - 前記第1の取付部材の下方にはインナブラケットが配設されて該第1の取付部材によって支持されていると共に、前記アウタブラケットの下端部には内周側に突出するストッパ片が設けられて、該ストッパ片が該インナブラケットに対して上方に離隔して対向配置されており、それらインナブラケットとストッパ片の当接によって該第1の取付部材と前記第2の取付部材の軸方向接近側への相対変位量を規制するバウンドストッパ手段が構成されている請求項1又は2に記載の防振装置。
- 前記アウタブラケットには前記振動源側への取付部が前記連結部よりも下方において側方に向かって突出して設けられている請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第2の取付部材と前記アウタブラケットを連結する前記連結部が全周に亘って連続的に設けられている請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第2の取付部材には前記本体ゴム弾性体への固着部分よりも下方に突出する係止片が設けられていると共に、前記アウタブラケットの上端部には外周側に突出する係止突部が設けられており、該アウタブラケットの該係止突部が該第2の取付部材の該係止片に挿入されて該係止片が該係止突部にかしめ固定されることで前記連結部が構成されている請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の防振装置。
- 前記第2の取付部材が前記本体ゴム弾性体の上方に延び出していると共に、該第2の取付部材の上方の開口部が可撓性膜で覆蓋されることにより、該本体ゴム弾性体と該可撓性膜との間に非圧縮性流体の封入された流体室が画成されている請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の防振装置。
