Claims (12)
- 式1に示した構造を有するシロキサン含有三無水物であって、
式中、各Gが、独立して、化合物a〜jから誘導された基であり、
D1〜D3が、それぞれ独立して、−(RaRbSiO)n−であり、RaおよびRbが、それぞれ、アルキル基またはフェニル基であり、nが、0〜3の整数であるシロキサン含有三無水物。 - nが0である請求項1に記載のシロキサン含有三無水物。
- Ra、RbおよびR1〜R7のうちの少なくとも1つが、フェニル基であり、残りが、それぞれ独立して、炭素数1〜3のアルキル基である請求項1または2に記載のシロキサン含有三無水物。
- R3が、フェニル基であり、Ra、Rb、R1、R2、R4、R5、R6およびR7が、それぞれ独立して、メチル基である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシロキサン含有三無水物。
- 式2で表される単位または式3で表される単位を含むポリマーであって、
式3
式中、P1が、ジアミン残基であり、Q1が、シロキサン含有三無水物の残基であり、
前記シロキサン含有三無水物が、式1に示した構造を有し、
式中、各Gが、独立して、化合物a〜jから誘導された基であり、
D1〜D3が、それぞれ独立して、−(RaRbSiO)n−であり、RaおよびRbが、それぞれ、アルキル基またはフェニル基であり、nが、0〜3の整数であるポリマー。 - nが0である請求項5に記載のポリマー。
- Ra、RbおよびR1〜R7のうちの少なくとも1つが、フェニル基であり、残りが、それぞれ独立して、炭素数1〜3のアルキル基である請求項5または6に記載のポリマー。
- R3が、フェニル基であり、Ra、Rb、R1、R2、R4、R5、R6およびR7が、それぞれ独立して、メチル基である請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。
- 前記ポリマーにおける式2で表される前記単位と式3で表される前記単位の比率が、10モル%〜99モル%である請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載のポリマー。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記ポリマーを含む液晶配向剤。
- 請求項5〜9のいずれか1項に記載の前記ポリマーを含む液晶配向膜。
- 請求項11に記載の前記液晶配向膜を含む液晶表示装置。
