前記ドリルヘッドが前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座に取り付けられ、各本体部分がそれぞれの固定部材によって固定され、前記本体部分の側面が前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座の側面に対して対向配置された場合に、前記ドリルヘッドは、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座の対向配置された対応する側面との配置によって前記中心軸の周りを第1の方向に回転するのを防げられ、それぞれの固定部材との係合によって前記中心軸の周りを前記第1の方向とは反対の第2の方向に回転するのを防げられることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。 - 請求項1に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、複数の前記本体部分が、前記中心軸の周囲で角度方向に間隔を空けて配置されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項1または2に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記ドリルヘッドがさらに、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの対応する位置決定部と位置合わせされるように構成された位置決定要素を具えていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項3に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記位置決定要素が、前記ドリルヘッドを前記穴あけ工具ホルダに取り付ける間および固定する前に、前記ドリルヘッドを前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座に位置合わせされるように構成されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項3または4に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記位置決定要素が前記底面から延在する軸の形状をしており、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの対応する位置決定穿孔部内に収容されるよう構成されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項5に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記位置決定要素が前記ドリルヘッドの中心軸と一直線になることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項3乃至6の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座に配置したときに前記ドリルヘッドを前記中心軸周りに回転させることができるように、前記位置決定要素が構成されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項3乃至7の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記位置決定要素が、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの位置決定部の対応する差込機構と係合するように構成された差込機構と共に形成され、当該差込機構は前記穴あけ工具ホルダからの脱離から前記ドリルヘッドをさらに固定するよう構成されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項1乃至8の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記ドリルヘッドの底面が円錐構造であって、適合する円錐構造を有する前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座に取り付けられるよう構成されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項1乃至9の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドにおいて、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの各固定部材が、前記中心軸の周りで正接方向にそれぞれの取付け部のドリルヘッド穿孔部の内表面に圧力を掛けるよう構成されていることを特徴とするドリルヘッド。
- 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドを取り付けるよう構成された穴あけ工具ホルダにおいて、当該穴あけ工具ホルダが、
正反対に対向する少なくとも2つの取付け部を有し、底表面と当該底表面に対し傾斜した少なくとも1の側壁とによってそれぞれ規定される台座と、
前記台座の底表面で開放端を有する台座穿孔軸を伴う台座穿孔部と、
前記台座にドリルヘッドを固定するための固定機構と、
を具えており、前記固定機構は、
前記台座穿孔部内に収容される固定部材と、
前記台座穿孔軸に沿って前記固定部材を軸方向に変位させるよう構成された変位機構とを具え、
前記穴あけ工具ホルダの各固定部材は、前記ドリルヘッド穿孔部の内表面に圧力を掛けるよう構成されていることを特徴とする穴あけ工具ホルダ。 - 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドを取り付けるよう構成された穴あけ工具ホルダにおいて、当該穴あけ工具ホルダが、
前記ドリルヘッドの対応する複数の本体部分を受けると同時に固定するよう構成された複数の台座部分であって、各台座部分は底表面と前記底表面に対し傾斜した少なくとも1の側面とによって規定され、前記台座の底表面で開放端を有する台座穿孔軸を伴う台座穿孔部を具えている台座部分と、
前記ドリルヘッドの対応する本体部分を対応する前記台座部分に固定する固定機構と、
を具えており、各台座部分の固定機構が、
前記台座穿孔部内に収容され、ピンの近位端と遠位端との間で延在する外表面を有し、長手方向にピンの軸を規定する固定ピンと、
前記固定ピンとは別個であって、前記固定ピンと機械的に係合するよう構成された変位機構と、
を具え、対応する前記台座部分の台座穿孔部の台座穿孔軸に沿って、少なくとも、
前記ドリルヘッドの各本体部分を対応する前記台座部分内に配置可能にし、前記ドリルヘッドの底面を前記底表面に対向して合わせるように、前記遠位端が、対応する前記台座部分の台座穿孔部の内側から前記底表面を通って対応する前記台座部分へと、第1の範囲まで突出する第1の取付け位置と、
対応する前記本体部分のドリルヘッド穿孔部の内表面に係合し、これにより前記本体部分を定位置に固定するように、前記遠位端が、対応する前記台座部分の台座穿孔部の内側から前記底表面を通って対応する前記台座部分へと、前記第1の範囲よりも大きい第2の範囲まで突出する第2の固定位置と、
の間で、前記固定ピンの変位を前記機構の変位が引き起こすことを特徴とする穴あけ工具ホルダ。 - 請求項1乃至10の何れか一項に記載のドリルヘッドを請求項11または12に記載の穴あけ工具ホルダに取り付ける方法において、当該方法が:
前記位置決定要素が位置決定穿孔部の上に位置し、前記ドリルヘッドの本体部分それぞれの底面が各固定ピンの上に載るように、前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座に前記ドリルヘッドを配置するステップと;
前記固定ピンを前記第1の取付け位置にするため、軸圧を前記ドリルヘッドに掛けることにより、前記固定ピンを、結果として前記底面を下方に押下するステップと;
前記本体部分の各側面を前記穴あけ工具ホルダの台座の側面と係合させるように、前記ドリルヘッドを回転させるステップと;
前記固定ピンを第2の固定位置に変位させ、それにより前記ドリルヘッドを定位置に固定することを可能にするステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。
