Claims (13)
- 中心軸(8)に沿って延在し、所定の接続部を介して互いに取外し可能に締結されることが可能な受入部材(6)および正面部材(4)を備える、加工用の回転工具(2)であって、
前記所定の接続部が、互いに別個でありかつ前記中心軸(8)に対して偏心して配置された少なくとも2つの継手対を備え、
前記継手対の各々が、受入ポケット(20)と前記受入ポケット(20)に受け入れ可能なピン(18)を有する継手要素(18、20)によって形成され、
前記受入部品(6)および前記正面部材(4)が嵌合する時に、前記継手要素(18、20)は、前記受入部品(6)および前記正面部材(4)が前記継手要素(18、20)を介して互いに整列して向けられように設計され、
前記継手要素(18、20)の前記受入ポケット(20)における前記ピン(18)を受け入れる部分の前記中心軸(8)に垂直な断面形状と前記ピン(18)における前記受入ポケット(20)に受け入れられる部分における前記中心軸(8)に垂直な断面形状とは、互いに異なると共に前記中心軸(8)から離れるほど広くなり、
前記受入ポケット(20)と前記ピン(18)との間に、組立のために、互いに対する隙間が形成されることを特徴とする
回転工具。 - 前記ピン(18)が前記正面部材(4)における前記受入部材(6)と接触する面から突出する形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の回転工具。
- 前記継手要素(18、20)の前記受入ポケット(20)と前記ピン(18)とは、径方向の外側支持面(28)と、接触面(30)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の回転工具。
- 前記受入ポケット(20)と前記ピン(18)の前記外側支持面(28)が、前記ピンが受入ポケットに受け入れられた状態での前記回転工具(2)の回転中に互いに作用し合うことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の回転工具。
- 前記ピン(18)が少なくとも1つの孔(22、24)を有し、前記孔(22、24)が前記受入ポケット(20)の孔(22’、24’)と対応整列し、
前記少なくとも1つの孔(24)が、締付ねじ(16)を受け入れるように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の回転工具。 - 前記締付ねじ(16)が締められる時に前記締付ねじ(16)が進む方向は前記中心軸(18)と交差することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転工具。
- 前記受入ポケット(20)と前記ピン(18)との間に補償要素(32)が配置され、前記ピンが前記受入ポケットに受入れられた状態での前記回転工具(2)の回転中に前記補償要素(32)が、前記ピン(18)および前記受入ポケット(20)を押すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか一項に記載の回転工具。
- 前記補償要素(32)が円の断面領域を有することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の回転工具。
- 前記補償要素(32)が締結シャンク(34)を有し、前記締結シャンク(34)により、前記補償要素(32)が前記受入ポケット(20)のシャンクレセプタクル(36)内に挿入されることを特徴とする、請求項7または請求項8に記載の回転工具。
- 前記補償要素(32)と前記継手要素(18、20)の少なくとも一方が、硬度の異なる材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項7〜請求項9のいずれか一項に記載の回転工具。
- 前記中心軸(8)に対して横方向に作動させることができる締結装置(38、42;48、52)が設けられ、前記締結装置(38、42;48、52)を介して、前記ピン(18)を前記受入ポケット(20)と合わせて締め付けることができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項10のいずれか一項に記載の回転工具。
- 前記締付装置(38、42、48、52)は、長手方向に延在すると共に前記ピン(18)に配置された締付ピン(48)と、前記締付ピン(48)に対して作用する締付要素(52)と、を備え、
前記締付ピン(48)が、前記受入ポケット(20)のピンレセプタクル内に押し込まれ、前記ピン(18)を前記受入ポケット(20)と合わせて締め付けるために前記締付要素(52)が前記締付ピン(48)に対して作用することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の回転工具。 - 前記締付装置が、前記継手要素(18)の一方に取り付けられる要素(38)であって、前記締付のために前記継手要素(18)の一方の端面のうちの一つが前記継手要素(20)の他方に対して支持される要素(38)を有することを特徴とする、請求項11または請求項12に記載の回転工具。
