Abstract

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの穴あけ器本体(6)と前記穴あけ器本体(6)に結合することができる穴あけ器ヘッド(4)とから構成される、複数部品からなる穴あけ工具であって、
前記穴あけ器本体(6)と前記穴あけ器ヘッド(4)との間に支持要素(75)が配置され、
摺動部分を形成するために、前記支持要素(75)が、前記穴あけ器本体(6)および前記穴あけ器ヘッド(4)の側面を越えて突出する環状領域(78)を有することを特徴とする、穴あけ工具。 - 前記支持要素(75)が、穴あけ器本体(6)および穴あけ器ヘッド(4)の、継手領域において互いに割り当てられた、端面に対して面平行なディスクを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記支持要素(75)上のリング状一体形成部分(79)は、前記継手領域における前記穴あけ器本体(6)または前記穴あけ器ヘッド(4)の前記側面の一方、あるいは前記穴あけ器本体(6)または前記穴あけ器ヘッド(4)の前記側面の両方に部分的に重なることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記ディスクおよび前記一体形成部分(79)が、各々、前記継手領域において前記穴あけ器本体(6)および前記穴あけ器ヘッド(4)の端部のための受入ボウルを形成することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記穴あけ器本体(6)および前記穴あけ器ヘッド(4)に形成された溝(15)に対応する凹部(77)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の穴あけ工具。
- ボア壁において前記穴あけ工具を案内するために、前記リング状一体形成部分(79)の外周面上に案内要素(81)が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記支持要素(75)が少なくとも部分的にコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記リング状一体形成部分(79)の前記外周面上に摩耗抑制コーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記リング状一体形成部分(79)の前記外周面上に摩耗抑制要素が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の穴あけ工具。
- 前記リング状一体形成部分(79)が曲げばねとして構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜9のいずれか一項に記載の穴あけ工具。
