Claims (5)
- タイヤを有する車軸側部に下端部が連結される筒と、
上記筒の外周に設けられる下方ばね受と、
上記下方ばね受に下端が担持される懸架ばねとを有する緩衝器において、
上記下方ばね受が上記懸架ばねの下端を着座させる受部と、上記受部に連続する当接部とを備え、
上記当接部が上記筒の外径より大きい外径を有しており、
下端部が折れて短くなった上記懸架ばねが上記タイヤ側に移動する場合には、その短くなった上記懸架ばねが上記当接部に当接することを特徴とする緩衝器。 - タイヤを有する車軸側部に下端部が連結される筒と、
上記筒の外周に設けられる下方ばね受と、
上記下方ばね受に下端が担持される懸架ばねとを有する緩衝器において、
上記下方ばね受が上記懸架ばねの下端を着座させる受部と、上記受部に連続する当接部とを備え、
上記当接部が上記筒の外径より大きい外径を有し、
上記当接部の高さ寸法が上記懸架ばねの線径寸法より大きいことを特徴とする緩衝器。 - 上記下方ばね受は、上記筒の外周に連設される基部と、上記受部と上記当接部を連設する外環状部と、上記外環状部より高い位置に配置され上記当接部と上記基部とを連設する内環状部とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記当接部に連設されて上記筒の外周に溶接される基部が上記筒の下端部に向けて延設されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
- 上記当接部に連設されて上記筒の外周に溶接される基部が上記筒の上端部に向けて延設されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の緩衝器。
