Claims (4)
- エンジンの回転数を車速に応じて連続的に変化させることのできる変速機構を備えた車両における前記変速機構の変速比を前記車速と前記車両の運転者によるアクセル操作量とに基づいて制御する車両の駆動力制御装置において、
車両の加速度が大きいほど前記車両の挙動が機敏になることの要求の度合いが強いことを示す値となる指標を求め、
前記車両の挙動の機敏さが増す方向へは素早く変化し、前記車両の挙動の機敏さが減る方向へは遅く変化するように、前記指標の値の変化の仕方を異ならせてあり、
前記指標が予め定めた所定値以上であることにより前記車両の制御モードとしてスポーツモードを選択し、
前記スポーツモードにおいては、前記車両の加速要求があった場合に前記加速要求があった時点における所定の変速比の下で設定可能なエンジン回転数を、前記変速機構で設定可能な最大回転数より低い所定の上限値に制限するとともに、エンジン回転数が前記上限値に達することにより前記変速比を低下させるアップシフトを実行し、かつ前記上限値を、前記指標の値が前記車両の挙動の機敏さが増す値であるほど大きい値に設定し、
前記上限値は、前記車両が出力できる最大加速度に対する要求加速度の割合である要求最大加速度率が前記指標に基づいて求められ、前記要求最大加速度率に基づいて各変速比ごとに設定されたエンジン回転数であり、かつ
前記上限値は、所定の変速比が設定されている場合の値より、前記所定の変速比よりも小さい変速比が設定されている場合の値を大きくする
ように構成されていることを特徴とする車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 前記指標に基づいて、前記エンジン回転数の下限値が変更されるとともに、
前記下限値は、前記指標の値が前記車両の挙動の機敏さが増す値であるほど大きい値に設定される
ように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置。 - 前記指標がしきい値を超えるまで、前記指標の変化を要因とせずに、アクセル開度および前記車速に応じて前記エンジン回転数を連続的に変化させるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置。
- 前記車両は、前記変速機構として、前記エンジンが連結された入力要素、反力要素、および出力要素の三つの回転要素で差動作用を行う動力分割機構と、その反力要素に連結されて前記入力要素に連結されている前記エンジンの回転数を変化させるモータとを備え、前記エンジンの回転数が目標回転数となるように前記モータによって前記エンジン回転数が制御されるハイブリッド車を含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の車両の駆動力制御装置。
