Claims (3)
- スポット溶接用の電極を溶接ガンのシャンク先端に装着可能な姿勢で格納しておくスポット溶接用電極格納装置であって、
回転軸心の同方向に開口する凹部が回転軸心周りに複数並設され、且つ、中空部を内方に有し、上記電極を上記各凹部に先端側から挿入するとともにそのシャンク装着側が上記凹部開口から飛び出した状態で収容保持する回転体と、
上記中空部に収容され、上記回転体をその回転軸心周りの一方側に回転付勢する付勢部材と、
上記回転体に対してその回転軸心方向に接近配置され、上記回転体を上記付勢部材の付勢力に抗して回転軸心周りの他方側に回転させた状態で上記凹部に収容保持された上記電極におけるシャンク装着側の側面に当接して上記回転体の回転軸心周りの一方側への回転を規制する回転規制部材とを備え、
該回転規制部材における回転軸心周りの他方側には、回転軸心周りの一方側よりも反回転体の面が回転体側に位置する段差状をなし、上記シャンク先端に電極を装着する際、当該シャンク先端との干渉を回避する干渉回避部が形成されていることを特徴とするスポット溶接用電極格納装置。 - 請求項1に記載のスポット溶接用電極格納装置において、
上記各凹部の内周面には、当該凹部に挿入した上記電極の外周面全周に亘って接触する可撓性リング部材が取り付けられていることを特徴とするスポット溶接用電極格納装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載のスポット溶接用電極格納装置において、
上記凹部は、回転軸心方向一方側に開口し、且つ、回転軸心周りに並設された複数の第1凹部と、回転軸心方向他方側に開口し、且つ、回転軸心周りに並設された複数の第2凹部とを備え、
上記各第1凹部と各第2凹部とは、回転軸心方向に対称となっていることを特徴とするスポット溶接用電極格納装置。
