Claims (4)
- 中心軸が回転軸心と一致する軸部、該軸部の一端に設けられ、中心軸が上記回転軸心と一致するように裏面側が上記軸部と一体になっている円板状の頭部、該頭部の中央に設けられ、スポット溶接用電極チップがその中心軸を上記回転軸心と一致させた状態で遊嵌可能な湾曲面部、上記軸部及び上記頭部を連続的に切り欠くように上記回転軸心に沿って延びて上記湾曲面部に繋がる切欠溝部、及び、当該切欠溝部の内面に取り付けられ、且つ、上記回転軸心と交差する方向に延びる刃部を有し、上記回転軸心周りの回転動作によって上記湾曲面部に遊嵌した状態の上記電極チップを上記刃部が切削する切削部を備えたチップドレッサー用回転カッターに取り付けられ、上記刃部による上記電極チップの切削時に発生する切粉が飛散するのを防ぐ切粉飛散防止用カバーであって、
上記頭部の外周縁部に着脱可能に外嵌合する環状部と、
該環状部の内周部分から当該環状部の内方に向かって延設され、上記環状部を上記頭部に外嵌合させた状態で上記切欠溝部の上記頭部に対応する領域を塞ぐ板状部とを備え、
上記環状部を上記頭部に外嵌合させた際、当該環状部及び上記板状部が上記頭部の表面から飛び出さない位置となるように構成されていることを特徴とする切粉飛散防止カバー。 - 請求項1に記載の切粉飛散防止カバーにおいて、
上記環状部を上記頭部に外嵌合させた際、当該環状部及び上記板状部が上記頭部の表面と面一となるように構成されていることを特徴とする切粉飛散防止カバー。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の切粉飛散防止カバーにおいて、
上記板状部には、板厚方向に貫通する1つ以上の貫通孔が形成されていることを特徴とする切粉飛散防止カバー。 - 請求項3に記載の切粉飛散防止カバーにおいて、
上記貫通孔は、上記環状部の径方向に複数並設され、且つ、上記環状部の周方向に沿って延びる湾曲形状の長孔であることを特徴とする切粉飛散防止カバー。
