Claims (2)
- ベリー製品の製造並びに保存方法であって、
ベリージュースを蜂蜜と混合し、得られた製品を−10℃以下で保存するステップを含んでおり、前記ベリージュースと前記蜂蜜は、
ベリージュース・・・・・・・・・・・・75〜93重量%
蜂蜜・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・25〜7重量%
の割合で混合され、得られたベリー製品は−10℃から−18℃で保存されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ベリージュースと前記蜂蜜は、
ベリージュース・・・・・・・・・・・83〜93重量%
蜂蜜・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・17〜7重量%
の割合で混合される、請求項1記載の方法。
