Claims (5)
- キャリヤとケーシングとが相対回転する遊星歯車装置と、モータとを備え、前記モータと前記遊星歯車装置の前記キャリヤとをアダプタを介して連結したギヤモータにおいて、
前記キャリヤは、前記アダプタ側に軸方向に突出するとともに、該アダプタに対する第1インロー面を外周に有する凸部を備えるとともに、
前記モータは、該アダプタに対する第2インロー面を備え、
前記アダプタは、径方向中央に軸方向に貫通する貫通孔を有するとともに、前記第1インロー面に対応した第3インロー面を前記貫通孔の一端側の内周に有し、かつ前記貫通孔の他端側の内周または当該アダプタの他端側の外周に、前記第2インロー面に対応した第4インロー面を備えた形状とされ、
前記アダプタは、ボルトによって前記キャリヤに取り付けられ、
前記第3インロー面は、前記ボルトよりも径方向内側に設けられている
ことを特徴とするギヤモータ。 - 請求項1において、
前記ギヤモータは、減速された回転をケーシングから出力し、
前記ケーシングの外周に動力伝達部材が取り付けられるとともに、前記アダプタの最外径を、該動力伝達部材の最内径よりも小さく形成し、
前記アダプタを前記キャリヤに取り付けた状態で、前記動力伝達部材を、前記アダプタの外側を通過させて前記ケーシングに取り付け・取り外し可能とした
ことを特徴とするギヤモータ。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記凸部が筒状の凸部とされ、該筒状の凸部の内周に当該遊星歯車装置の内外をシールするオイルシールの少なくとも一部が位置している
ことを特徴とするギヤモータ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記アダプタの前記貫通孔の中に、前記モータのモータ軸と前記遊星歯車装置の入力軸とを連結するカップリングが収容され、前記アダプタが該カップリングの保護カバーを兼ねる
ことを特徴とするギヤモータ。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかにおいて、
前記アダプタは、前記第3インロー面と前記第4インロー面の間に、前記第3インロー面および前記第4インロー面のうち径が小さい方のインロー面よりも小径の部位を有しない
ことを特徴とするギヤモータ。
