Claims (4)
- 감속기 본체에 편심축스플라인이 형성되고, 편심축스플라인에 2단감속제1기어와 2단감속제2기어가 설치되어 감속기 몸체의 내치기어와 엇갈려 맞물리는 중공형 감속기에 있어서,중공형 감속기(30)와 중공형 모터(50)를 별도의 공정으로 제조하여, 중공형 감속기(30)의 감속기몸체(42) 상부 둘레에 감속기 플랜지(39)를 형성하고, 중공형모터(50)의 모터케이스(51) 하부 둘레에 모터플랜지(52)를 형성하며, 감속기플랜지(39)와 모터플랜지(52)의 사이에 위치하는 어댑터(20)에 감속기플랜지(39)와 모터플랜지(52)를 각각 볼트체결하여 고정하되, 중공형 감속기의 편심축스플라인(36)에 1단감속 유성치차(32)를 설치하고, 1단감속 유성치차(32)와 맞물리도록 중공형 모터(50)의 모터출력축(60) 둘레에 모터축인풋기어(61)를 형성하여 동력전달 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 모터 감속기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공형 모터(50)의 모터출력축(60)의 내부에 가공단(11)이 상단에 형성된 케이블보호튜브(10)를 삽입하여 상단은 엔코더케이스(58)의 내측과의 사이에 오일씰(63)을 삽입하여 밀폐고정하고, 하단의 체결단부(14)는 감속기출력샤프트(31)와 체결볼트(12)로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 모터 감속기.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 체결단부(14)와 감속기출력샤프트(31) 사이에 오링(13)을 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 모터 감속기.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공형 모터(50)의 모터출력축(60) 둘레 일측에 브레이크기어(62)를 형성하고, 브레이크기어(62)에 맞물리도록 감속기부착브레이크(43)를 어댑터(20)의 내측단에 고정하여 중공모터전자브레이크(64) 대신 선택적으로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 중공형 모터 감속기.
