Description
Claims (7)
- 上下分離可能に設けられ、両端に熱収縮性材質で形成されたチューブが通過できる開口部を有する上側及び下側金型;
前記上側及び下側金型の内部に設けられ、前記上側及び下側金型の結合時、自動車懸架装置用スプリングの形状に対応するスパイラル状の溝;
円筒状に設けられ、前記溝に対応する位置に配置され、前記チューブが前記スプリングに対応するスパイラル状に巻かれるチューブ載置溝部が外周面に形成されるコア部材;及び
前記コア部材の両端に結合され、前記上側及び下側金型の両端に形成された開口部を閉鎖し、前記チューブが前記上側及び下側金型の内部に進出入する流出入溝を有するエンドブロック;を含み、
前記コア部材に巻き取られたチューブの内部に熱いスチームを通過させて前記チューブを熱膨張させ、自動車懸架装置用スプリングに嵌められるスパイラル状の収縮チューブを製造することを特徴とする熱収縮チューブの製造装置。 - 前記上側及び下側金型は、
上下結合位置をガイドできるように、前記上側及び下側金型の相補的な位置に設けられた突起及び突起挿入溝を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱収縮チューブの製造装置。 - 前記上側及び下側金型は、
上下結合位置で前記上側及び下側金型を固定する固定ユニットを含み、
前記固定ユニットは、前記上側及び下側金型に相補的に設置されるフック及びフック係止部を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の熱収縮チューブの製造装置。 - 前記エンドブロックは、
前記チューブが進出入できるように前記コア部材の直径より大きい直径を有する仮想の円を中心として有し、180°ないし200°の内角を有する弧状スリットを有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の熱収縮チューブの製造装置。 - 前記上側及び下側金型の正確な位置に結合されるように、前記エンドブロックに貫通形成されたブロック貫通ホールを通過し、前記上側金型に形成された金型ピンホールに結合されるガイドピンをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の熱収縮チューブの製造装置。
- 前記各エンドブロックと前記コア部材は、締結部材を用いて結合されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の熱収縮チューブの製造装置。
- 熱収縮性材質を用いて熱収縮チューブの原材料となるチューブを押出成形する段階;
押出成形されたチューブをコア部材に設けられたチューブ載置溝部に沿って巻き取ってスパイラル状に形成する段階;
チューブが巻き取られた前記コア部材を上側及び下側金型に設けられたスパイラル状の溝部に対応するように配置し、前記上側及び下側金型を結合する段階;
前記上側及び下側金型の両端部をエンドブロックで固定する段階;
前記の巻き取られたチューブの内側にホットスチームを通過させてチューブを膨張させる段階;及び
前記上側及び下側金型とエンドブロックとを分離し、生成された自動車懸架装置用スパイラル状の熱収縮チューブを切断する段階;を含むことを特徴とする熱収縮チューブの製造方法。
