Claims (12)
- 縦型円筒形状の反応容器と、上記反応容器内に設けられた撹拌羽根と、上記反応容器内の底部に設けられた多数の吹出口を有する円環状のエアレーション管とを備える曝気槽内で、
ニッケル酸化鉱石の湿式製錬プラントにおける硫化処理後の工程液として得られる硫化水素を含む貧液に対して、浸出工程より得られた浸出後のスラリーを一部添加し、上記撹拌羽根の回転により撹拌しながら、上記エアレーション管の多数の吹出口から上記反応容器内に曝気用の気体を導入してエアレーションすることにより、無害化工程の前段に設けた硫化水素除去工程において上記貧液から硫化水素を除去することを特徴とする硫化水素を含む貧液の処理方法。 - 上記硫化水素を除去した貧液を固液分離工程に戻して洗浄液として再利用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理方法。
- 上記反応容器の直径の70〜90%のサイズの円環状に形成された上記エアレーション管によりエアレーションを行うことを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理方法。
- 直径が10〜20mmの円形に形成された上記吹出口からエアレーションを行うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理方法。
- 上記吹出口として上記エアレーション管に等間隔に設置された10乃至20個の短管パ
イプを介してエアレーションを行うことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の硫化水素を含む貧
液の処理方法。 - 上記曝気用の気体は空気であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液
の処理方法。 - 縦型円筒形状の反応容器と、上記反応容器内に設けられた撹拌羽根と、上記反応容器内の底部に設けられた多数の空気吹出口を有する円環状のエアレーション管とを備える曝気槽からなり、
上記曝気槽内で、ニッケル酸化鉱石の湿式製錬プラントにおける硫化処理後の工程液として得られる硫化水素を含む貧液に対して、浸出工程より得られた浸出後のスラリーを一部添加し、上記撹拌羽根の回転により撹拌しながら、上記エアレーション管の多数の吹出口から上記反応容器内に曝気用の気体を導入してエアレーションすることにより、無害化工程の前段に設けた硫化水素除去工程において上記貧液から硫化水素を除去することを特徴とする硫化水素を含む貧液の処理装置。 - 上記硫化水素を除去した貧液を固液分離工程に戻して洗浄液として再利用することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理装置。
- 上記反応容器の直径の70〜90%のサイズの円環状に形成された上記エアレーション管によりエアレーションを行うことを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理装置。
- 直径が10〜20mmの円形に形成された上記吹出口からエアレーションを行うことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理装置。
- 上記吹出口として上記エアレーション管に等間隔に設置された10乃至20個の短管パイプを介してエアレーションを行うことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理装置。
- 上記曝気用の気体は空気であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の硫化水素を含む貧液の処理装置。
