Claims (2)
- 縦型円筒形状の反応容器と、
上記反応容器内に設けられた平板状の撹拌羽根と、
上記反応容器内の底部に設けられ、上記反応容器の周壁に向かう水平方向に気体を気泡として吐出するための多数の吹出口を有する円環状のエアレーション管とを備え、
上記エアレーション管は、上記多数の吹出口の高さ位置hを撹拌羽根の高さ位置Hと同じかまたはそれよりも低くし、上記吹出口から吐出する気泡の吐出速度をv、浮力による気泡の上昇速度をvair、上記反応容器の半径をDとして、(1)式を満たす範囲の半径Rを有する円環状に形成されており、
上記撹拌羽根は、回転により上記反応容器内で上記多数の吹出口から吐出速度vで吐出した気泡が上記反応容器の周壁に沿って上昇する軸流を形成する速度で反応液を撹拌し、
上記反応容器内で反応液を上記撹拌羽根の回転により撹拌しながら、上記エアレーション管の多数の吹出口から上記反応容器内に気体を導入してエアレーションすることにより、導入された気体と液体とを反応させることを特徴とする撹拌反応装置。
- 上記円環状のエアレーション管の直径は、上記反応容器の直径の60〜90%のサイズであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の撹拌反応装置。
