Claims (10)
- 旋回装置駆動部とホイスト駆動部とを有する複数の独立した駆動部を含む掘削機用の駆動装置であって、
上記旋回装置駆動部には、少なくとも1つのエネルギー蓄積器に接続された2つの可逆調整ユニットが設けられ、
2つの油圧調整ユニットに接続された少なくとも1つの油圧シリンダーが設けられ、
上記2つの油圧調整ユニットのうちの一方は、蓄圧器と接続され、
上記少なくとも1つの油圧シリンダーに接続された2つの油圧調整ユニットは、上記可逆調整ユニットの1つに接続され
ていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1に記載の駆動装置において、
上記2つの可逆調整ユニットのうちの一方は、掘削機の駆動ユニットと接続されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置において、
上記2つの可逆調整ユニットは、モーター及びポンプとして動作するように、互いの回転方向が同じになるように油圧作動油の流れ方向を反転可能な油圧可逆調整ユニットであって、
上記少なくとも1つのエネルギー蓄積器は、蓄圧器であることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項3に記載の駆動装置において、
上記少なくとも1つの蓄圧器には、第1蓄圧器及び第2蓄圧器が含まれ、
上記第2蓄圧器は、上記第1蓄圧器から放出される油圧作動油、又は上記第1蓄圧器へ返送される油圧作動油を補うように構成されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項4に記載の駆動装置において、
上記2つの油圧可逆調整ユニットは、上記第1蓄圧器及び第2蓄圧器とともに油圧閉回路を形成し、
上記2つの油圧可逆調整ユニットのそれぞれにおいて、上記第1蓄圧器が接続されている側が高圧である一方、上記第2蓄圧器が接続されている側が低圧であることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1から5のうちいずれか1つに記載の駆動装置において、
上記旋回装置駆動部の可逆調整ユニットは、上記ホイスト駆動部の調整ユニットとエネルギー的に接続されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1から6のうちいずれか1つに記載の駆動装置において、
電子エネルギー制御コントローラーによって制御されることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の駆動装置において、
上記可逆調整ユニットは、電圧変換器を有する電気ユニットで構成されていることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項8に記載の駆動装置において、
上記エネルギー蓄積器は、蓄電器であることを特徴とする駆動装置。 - 請求項8又は9に記載の駆動装置において、
冷却ファン、空調用の圧縮機、ウォーターポンプ等に用いられる電気駆動部に電力を供給可能な、上記電圧変換器とは別の電圧変換器が設けられていることを特徴とする駆動装置。
