Claims (6)
- 流体圧シリンダと、
流体圧シリンダから押し出された作動流体を蓄圧する第1のアキュムレータと、
流体圧シリンダとは別個に作動される流体圧モータと、
流体圧モータに作動流体を給排して流体圧モータを回転させるとともに作動流体の給排を遮断して流体圧モータを回転停止させるモータ駆動回路と、
流体圧モータを回転始動させるときにモータ駆動回路からリリーフされた作動流体と、回転停止させるとき流体圧モータの慣性回転によりモータ駆動回路から押し出された作動流体を蓄圧する第2のアキュムレータと、
第1のアキュムレータと第2のアキュムレータとを連通可能に接続した通路と、
通路中に設けられて、第2のアキュムレータに作動流体を蓄圧させるときは通路を閉じるとともに放圧させるときは通路を開く切替弁と
を具備したことを特徴とする流体圧回路。 - 流体圧モータのモータ駆動回路と第2のアキュムレータとの間に設けられたシーケンス弁
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の流体圧回路。 - 流体圧モータのモータ駆動回路に作動流体を補充するメイクアップ通路と、
このメイクアップ通路に作動流体を加圧供給するポンプと
を具備したことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の流体圧回路。 - ポンプは、
流体圧モータの加減速度に応じた作動流体の流量をメイクアップ通路に供給する容量制御機能を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の流体圧回路。 - ポンプは、このポンプを駆動するエンジンをアシストするモータ機能を備えたアシストポンプモータであり、
第1のアキュムレータおよび第2のアキュムレータは、蓄圧された作動流体をアシストポンプモータに対しアシスト時に放圧する機能を備え、
切替弁は、アシスト時の放圧以外で、かつ第1のアキュムレータの圧力が第2のアキュムレータの圧力より低いときは通路を閉じるとともにアシスト時の放圧においては通路を開く機能を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の流体圧回路。 - 下部走行体と、
下部走行体に対し流体圧モータにより旋回可能に設けられた上部旋回体と、
上部旋回体に搭載されて流体圧シリンダにより上下動される作業装置と、
流体圧シリンダおよび流体圧モータに対して設けられた請求項1乃至5のいずれか記載の流体圧回路と
を具備したことを特徴とする作業機械。
