Description
図1は、本発明にかかる充電コネクタ100を備えた車両102を例示する図である。充電コネクタ100は、車両102のリアバンパ104に備えることができる。充電コネクタ100は車両102に搭載されたバッテリ(不図示)を充電する際に使用される。なお、車両102としてはプラグインハイブリッドカーを想定している。
したがって、リブ上を内蓋部114が滑りやすくなっていて、円滑に内蓋部114を閉めることが可能である。また、点接触によって接触時の互いの損傷を防ぐことが可能となっている。
図6は、充電コネクタ100の第1変形例を例示する図である。図6は、図4および図5に対応していて、外蓋部106および内蓋部114を閉める際の動作を例示している。図6に例示するリブ222は形状において、図4および図5に例示したリブ122と異なっている。
図7および図8は、充電コネクタ100の第2変形例を例示する図である。図7および図8は、図4および図5に対応していて、外蓋部106および内蓋部114を閉める際の動作を例示している。図7および図8に例示するリブ322は、その形状において上述したリブ122およびリブ222と異なっている。
Claims (6)
- 車両に設けられる開口部と、
前記開口部の内部に設置され、車両のバッテリーを充電するケーブルのプラグが接続されるコネクタ接続部と、
前記開口部の内部で前記コネクタ接続部を封止する内蓋部と、
前記開口部の内部に設置され、前記内蓋部を回動させる内蓋ヒンジと、
前記開口部を前記車両の外部から封止する外蓋部と、
前記コネクタ接続部を中心として前記内蓋ヒンジとは反対側に設置され、前記外蓋部を前記内蓋部と同じ平面内で回動させる外蓋ヒンジと、を備えた充電コネクタにおいて、
前記外蓋部は、前記開口部側の面に該開口部の内部に向かって突出するリブを有し、
前記リブは前記内蓋部と接触可能であり、該内蓋部と接触した際、該内蓋部が回動する平面内にて該内蓋部との接点での法線が前記内蓋ヒンジの前記外蓋ヒンジ側を通過するように形成され、かつ前記リブは、前記外蓋ヒンジの回動する平面内において中心が前記内蓋ヒンジの該外蓋ヒンジ側にある円弧形状である
ことを特徴とする充電コネクタ。 - 前記リブの円弧形状は、回動する前記内蓋部の先端が描く円と同じ曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電コネクタ。
- 前記リブは、
前記外蓋部の先端側に設けられる先端部と、
前記外蓋部の根本側に設けられる根本部と、を含み、
前記先端部の曲率半径は、前記回動する内蓋部の先端が描く円の曲率半径未満であり、
前記根本部の曲率半径は、前記回動する内蓋部の先端が描く円の曲率半径以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電コネクタ。 - 前記先端部および前記根本部のそれぞれの曲率半径は、該先端部から該根本部にかけて徐々に変化することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の充電コネクタ。
- 前記先端部と前記根本部とは互いに離間していて、
前記外蓋部は、前記先端部と前記根本部との間に設けられる平面部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の充電コネクタ。 - 前記リブの根本側での前記開口部の内部への突出量は、前記外蓋部を閉じた際に前記コネクタ接続部を封止した内蓋部に当接する量であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の充電コネクタ。
