Claims (3)
- 車両に設けられる開口部と、
前記開口部の内部に設置され、車両のバッテリーを充電するケーブルのプラグが接続されるコネクタ接続部と、
前記開口部を前記車両の外部から覆う外蓋部と、
前記開口部の内部に軸支され開口部の縁を迂回するように屈曲して外蓋部に接続された樹脂製のアームと、
前記開口部の内部に設置され、前記アームを該開口部がなす平面に対してほぼ直交する平面内で回動させる外蓋ヒンジと、を備える充電コネクタにおいて、
前記アームは、前記外蓋部に接続されて前記外蓋ヒンジを中心とする円弧を描く延伸部と、前記延伸部と前記外蓋ヒンジとを連結する根本部とを有し、
前記開口部の少なくとも前記アーム近傍はほぼ円弧形状であって、
前記延伸部は、前記開口部がなす平面で切断した縦断面にて、該開口部の縁と対向する外面が前記外蓋ヒンジに向かって凸に湾曲していて、前記コネクタ接続部側の内面が該外蓋ヒンジに向かって凹に湾曲していて、
当該充電コネクタはさらに、前記開口部の内部で前記コネクタ接続部を封止する内蓋部を備え、
前記開口部がなす平面から前記外蓋ヒンジまでの距離は、前記平面から前記内蓋部までの距離とほぼ等しいことを特徴とする充電コネクタ。 - 前記延伸部は、前記開口部がなす平面で切断した縦断面にて、前記外面が該開口部の内周の形状に沿う円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の充電コネクタ。
- 前記延伸部は、前記開口部がなす平面で切断した縦断面にて、前記内面が前記コネクタ接続部と中心を同じにする円に沿う円弧形状であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の充電コネクタ。
