Claims (4)
- プラスチック用射出成形機において金属、合金及び金属基複合材料を加工するスクリュであって、
シャンクと、
前記シャンクから延在し、後部、中間部、及び前部を有するスクリュ軸であって、該スクリュ軸は、該スクリュ軸の長さ方向に沿って、均一な直径を有している、スクリュ軸と、
前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延出し、前記プラスチック用射出成形機内で前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料を該スクリュ軸の前記中間部へ前進させるフライトであって、該フライトは、前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部及び前記前部には存在しない、フライトと、
を備え、
前記スクリュ軸の前記後部における前記フライトは、1:1の前記フライトの深さの圧縮比を有しており、該圧縮比は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の供給区域に配置される前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延在する前記フライトの深さの比に対応しており、
前記スクリュ軸は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機のバレル内で回転及び往復運動されるように構成及び配置されており、
前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の遷移区域に配置されており、
前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記遷移区域において、前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料は加熱され、そして揺らいでいる粘度を有する半固体スラリーが形成され、前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部及び前記前部に前記フライトが存在しないことによって、前記揺らいでいる粘度が大きい際に、前記半固体スラリーに束縛されることなく、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記バレル内で、前記スクリュ軸を回転及び往復運動させることが可能になる、スクリュ。
- プラスチック用射出成形機において金属、合金及び金属基複合材料を加工するように構成されるプラスチック用射出成形機であって、該プラスチック用射出成形機は、
計量区域、遷移区域及び供給区域を有する温度制御されるバレルと、
成形するための材料を前記バレルの前記供給区域へ供給するように構成される供給口と、
前記バレルの前記計量区域から延在するノズルと、
スクリュと、
を備え、
前記スクリュは、
シャンクと、
前記シャンクから延在し、後部、中間部、及び前部を有するスクリュ軸であって、該スクリュ軸は、該スクリュ軸の長さ方向に沿って、均一な直径を有している、スクリュ軸と、
前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延出し、前記プラスチック用射出成形機内の前記バレルを通して前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料を前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部、及び前記バレルの前記遷移区域へ前進させるフライトであって、該フライトは、前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部及び前記前部には存在しない、フライトと、
を有し、
前記プラスチック用射出成形機は、
前記スクリュの前記シャンクを駆動するモータと、
を備え、
前記スクリュ軸の前記後部における前記フライトは、1:1の前記フライトの深さの圧縮比を有しており、該圧縮比は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記供給区域に配置される前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延在する前記フライトの深さの比に対応しており、
前記スクリュ軸は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記バレル内で回転及び往復運動されるように構成及び配置されており、
前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記遷移区域に配置されており、
前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記遷移区域において、前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料は加熱され、そして揺らいでいる粘度を有する半固体スラリーが形成され、前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部及び前記前部に前記フライトが存在しないことによって、前記揺らいでいる粘度が大きい際に、前記半固体スラリーに束縛されることなく、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記バレル内で、前記スクリュ軸を回転及び往復運動させることが可能になる、プラスチック用射出成形機。
- プラスチック用射出成形機において金属、合金及び金属基複合材料を加工する方法であって、該方法は、
スクリュを有するプラスチック用射出成形機を設けるステップであって、前記プラスチック用射出成形機は、供給区域、遷移区域及び計量区域を有する加熱バレルを有する、プラスチック用射出成形機を設けるステップと、
前記スクリュを取り除くステップと、
前記スクリュを、前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料を加工するように構成及び配置される、改良されたスクリュと交換するステップと、
を含み、
前記改良されたスクリュは、
シャンクと、
前記シャンクから延在し、後部、中間部、及び前部を有するスクリュ軸であって、該スクリュ軸は、該スクリュ軸の長さ方向に沿って、均一な直径を有しており、該スクリュ軸は、前記後部、前記中間部及び前記前部がそれぞれ、前記供給区域、前記遷移区域及び前記計量区域に配置され、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記バレルと協働するように、構成及び配置される、スクリュ軸と、
前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延出し、前記プラスチック用射出成形機内で前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料を該スクリュ軸の前記中間部へ前進させるフライトであって、該フライトは、前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部及び前記前部には存在せず、前記スクリュ軸の前記後部における前記フライトは、1:1の前記フライトの深さの圧縮比を有している、フライトと、
を備え、
前記圧縮比は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記供給区域に配置される前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延在する前記フライトの深さの比に対応しており、
前記方法は、
前記改良されたスクリュ及び前記プラスチック用射出成形機を用いて、前記金属、前記合金及び前記金属基複合材料を加工するステップを含む、方法。
- プラスチック用射出成形機のスクリュを改良する方法であって、前記プラスチック用射出成形機は、供給区域、遷移区域及び計量区域を有する加熱バレルを有し、該スクリュは、スクリュ軸が延在しているシャンクを有し、前記スクリュ軸は、後部、中間部、及び前部を有し、前記スクリュ軸は、該スクリュ軸の長さ方向に沿って、均一な直径を有し、前記スクリュ軸は、前記後部、前記中間部及び前記前部がそれぞれ、前記供給区域、前記遷移区域及び前記計量区域に配置され、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記バレルと協働するように、構成及び配置され、前記スクリュは該スクリュ軸から延出し、前記プラスチック用射出成形機内で金属、合金及び金属基複合材料を前進させるフライトを有し、前記方法は、
前記スクリュ軸の前記中間部及び前記前部から前記フライトを取り除くステップと、
1:1の前記フライトの深さの圧縮比を有する前記フライトを有する前記スクリュを選択するステップと、
を含み、
前記圧縮比は、前記プラスチック用射出成形機の前記供給区域に配置される前記スクリュ軸の前記後部から延在する前記フライトの深さの比に対応している、方法。
