前記第1クラッチおよび前記第2ブレーキは、第1比例制御ソレノイドバルブで制御されてマニュアルバルブを介して供給される作動圧によって作動し、前記第1ブレーキは、マニュアルバルブを介して受けた油圧を第2比例制御ソレノイドバルブで制御される作動圧によって作動することを特徴とする。

Claims (3)
- プライマリプーリとセカンダリプーリを通じてエンジンの回転動力を受けて出力する無段変速ベルト機構と、
遊星歯車セットと前記遊星歯車セットを制御する複数の摩擦要素とを含み、前記無段変速ベルト機構から入力される回転動力を2つの前進変速段と1つの後進変速段で変速して出力する前後進制御機構とを含み、
前記複数の摩擦要素は、前進1速で作動する第1ブレーキと、前進2速で作動する第1クラッチと、後進変速段で作動する第2ブレーキとを含む無段変速機の油圧制御システムであって、
前記第1クラッチおよび前記第2ブレーキは、第1比例制御ソレノイドバルブで制御されてマニュアルバルブを介して供給される作動圧によって作動し、前記第1ブレーキは、マニュアルバルブを介して受けた油圧を第2比例制御ソレノイドバルブで制御される作動圧によって作動することを特徴とする自動車の無段変速機用油圧制御システム。 - 前記マニュアルバルブは、ライン圧の供給を受ける第1ポートと、前記第1ポートに供給された油圧を前記第2比例制御ソレノイドバルブに供給する第2ポートと、前記第1比例制御ソレノイドバルブから油圧の供給を受ける第3ポートと、前記第3ポートの油圧を前記第1クラッチに供給する第4ポートと、前記第3ポートの油圧を第2ブレーキに供給する第5ポートとを含んで構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車の無段変速機用油圧制御システム。
- 前記第1比例制御ソレノイドバルブと前記マニュアルバルブを連結する管路と、前記第2比例制御ソレノイドバルブと前記第1ブレーキを連結する管路上に、それぞれアキュムレータが配置され、安定して油圧が供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車の無段変速機用油圧制御システム。
