Description
図4は自動変速機1の制御装置100のブロック図である。制御装置100は、CPU等の処理部101と、RAM、ROM等の記憶部102と、外部デバイスと処理部101とをインターフェースするインターフェース部103と、を備える。
図5は自動変速機1の油圧システムの一部を示し、特に、ブレーキB1への作動油をフェールセーフ目的で遮断する元圧遮断機構周辺(遮断弁CUT−V周辺)の油圧回路の構成を示す図である。
図6は、制御装置100の処理例を示すフローチャートである。この処理例は、Nレンジへのシフト要求があってから、走行レンジへのシフト要求があった場合に関連する処理例を示している。なお、前提として、弁体SPはセット位置にあり、ブレーキB1は係合状態にある場合を想定している。
Claims (4)
- 自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機は、
複数の係合機構と、
前記複数の係合機構の係合・開放の組合せに応じて所定の変速段を形成する複数の遊星歯車機構と、を備え、
前記複数の係合機構は、
前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素のひとつを該回転要素の回転方向に応じて前記自動変速機のケーシングに固定する機械式係合機構と、
前記機械式係合機構と組み合わされて変速段を形成する摩擦係合機構と、を含み、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給を不能とする第1の位置と、前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給を可能とする第2の位置と、に位置可能な弁体を備える遮断弁と、
ライン圧を検出するライン圧検出手段と、を備え、
前記遮断弁は、
前記弁体が前記第1の位置にある時には、前記ライン圧検出手段にライン圧が供給され、前記弁体が前記第2の位置にある時には、前記ライン圧検出手段にライン圧が供給されないよう、油路を切り替え、
前記弁体を前記第1の位置にセットした後、前記ライン圧検出手段がライン圧を検出しない場合に前記遮断弁が故障していると判断する、
ことを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機は、
複数の係合機構と、
前記複数の係合機構の係合・開放の組合せに応じて所定の変速段を形成する複数の遊星歯車機構と、を備え、
前記複数の係合機構は、
前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素のひとつを該回転要素の回転方向に応じて前記自動変速機のケーシングに固定する機械式係合機構と、
前記機械式係合機構と組み合わされて変速段を形成する摩擦係合機構と、を含み、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給を不能とする第1の位置と、前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給を可能とする第2の位置と、に位置可能な弁体を備える遮断弁と、
ライン圧を検出するライン圧検出手段と、
ライン圧を調圧する調圧弁と、
ライン圧を変更するための制御油圧を、前記遮断弁を介して前記調圧弁に供給するライン圧制御弁と、
ライン圧を所定油圧に維持するために、前記遮断弁を介して前記調圧弁にライン圧を供給するライン圧供給油路と、を備え、
前記遮断弁は、
前記弁体が前記第1の位置にある時には、前記ライン圧検出手段にライン圧が供給され、前記弁体が前記第2の位置にある時には、前記ライン圧検出手段にライン圧が供給されないよう、油路を切り替え、かつ、
前記弁体が前記第2の位置にある時には、前記調圧弁に制御油圧が供給されて前記ライン圧供給油路からライン圧が供給されず、前記弁体が前記第1の位置にある時には、前記調圧弁に前記制御油圧が供給されずに前記ライン圧供給油路からライン圧が供給されるよう、油路を切り替える、
ことを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 自動変速機の油圧制御装置であって、
前記自動変速機は、
複数の係合機構と、
前記複数の係合機構の係合・開放の組合せに応じて所定の変速段を形成する複数の遊星歯車機構と、を備え、
前記複数の係合機構は、
前記遊星歯車機構の回転要素のひとつを該回転要素の回転方向に応じて前記自動変速機のケーシングに固定する機械式係合機構と、
前記機械式係合機構と組み合わされて変速段を形成する摩擦係合機構と、を含み、
前記油圧制御装置は、
前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給を不能とする第1の位置と、前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給を可能とする第2の位置と、に位置可能な弁体を備える遮断弁と、
ライン圧を検出するライン圧検出手段と、を備え、
前記遮断弁は、
前記弁体が前記第1の位置にある時には、前記ライン圧検出手段にライン圧が供給され、前記弁体が前記第2の位置にある時には、前記ライン圧検出手段にライン圧が供給されないよう、油路を切り替え、
前記自動変速機は、非走行レンジである所定のレンジを備え、
前記所定のレンジが選択された時には、前記弁体を前記第1の位置にセットし、その後に、前記ライン圧検出手段がライン圧を検出しない場合は前記遮断弁が故障していると判断する、
ことを特徴とする油圧制御装置。 - 前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給と遮断とを切り替える係合制御弁と、
前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の油圧を検出する作動油圧検出手段と、を更に備え、
前記係合制御弁による前記摩擦係合機構に対する作動油の供給は、前記遮断弁を介して行われるように油路が設定され、前記係合制御弁が作動油の供給状態で、かつ、前記弁体が前記第2の位置にある場合に前記摩擦係合機構に作動油が供給され、
前記係合制御弁を作動油の非供給状態とした場合に、前記作動油圧検出手段が作動油の油圧を検出した場合は前記係合制御弁が故障していると判断する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の油圧制御装置。
