実施例1
繊維を含む本発明のパッケージの態様の利点を、対照として参照される典型的な先行技術のベールを参照して例示する。
荷造機ビンに、アセテートトウを、ベールを圧縮した後に、寸法がほぼ、幅94センチメートル(「cm」)、長さ122cm及び高さ112cmであるようなレベルまで充填した。圧縮力を除去した後、新しいベール寸法は、ほぼ、幅99cm、長さ127cm及び高さ123cmであった。
本発明のパッケージの態様を、下記の手順を使用して製造した。使用したパッケージは実質的に図2に示す通りであった。
この実施例は、本発明の態様を例示する。
2.バルク材料がバルク商品である態様1に記載のベール。
3.チャンバーの内部容積が101キロパスカルよりも低い最初の圧力を有する態様1に記載のベール。
4.パッケージが実質的に直方体形状から構成される態様1に記載のベール。
5.チャンバーが頂壁及び底壁及び複数の側壁を含む複数の壁を含んで構成され、そしてそれらの壁が相互にそれらの縁に沿ってシールされており、そしてそれらの壁の少なくとも1個に少なくとも1個のエバキュエータが含まれている態様1に記載のベール。
6.チャンバーが壁を含んで構成され、そして壁がポリマーフィルムを含んでなる態様1に記載のベール。
7.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド又はポリアミドを含む態様6に記載のベール。
8.壁がポリマーフィルムを含んで構成される態様5に記載のベール。
9.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、タイベク(登録商標)保護材料又はバレロン(登録商標)強度フィルムを含む態様8に記載のベール。
10.壁が水分バリヤー要素を更に含む態様8に記載のベール。
12.繊維がアセテートを含む態様11に記載のパッケージ。
13.チャンバーの内部容積が101キロパスカルよりも低い最初の圧力を有する態様11に記載のパッケージ。
14.パッケージが実質的に直方体形状から構成される態様11に記載のパッケージ。
15.チャンバーが頂壁及び底壁及び複数の側壁を含む複数の壁を含んで構成され、そしてそれらの壁が相互にそれらの縁に沿ってシールされており、そしてそれらの壁の少なくとも1個に少なくとも1個のエバキュエータが含まれている態様11に記載のパッケージ。
16.チャンバーが壁を含んでなり、そしてそれらの壁がポリマーフィルムを含んでなる態様11に記載のパッケージ。
17.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、タイベク(登録商標)保護材料又はバレロン(登録商標)強度フィルムを含む態様16に記載のパッケージ。
18.壁がポリマーフィルムを含む態様15に記載のパッケージ。
19.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、タイベク(登録商標)保護材料又はバレロン(登録商標)強度フィルムを含む態様18に記載のパッケージ。
20.壁が水分バリヤー要素を更に含む態様18に記載のパッケージ。
21.壁がガスバリヤーを含む態様18に記載のパッケージ。
22.要素がアルミニウムを含む態様20に記載のパッケージ。
23.シールされたチャンバーがバッグを含む態様11に記載のパッケージ。
24.繊維がそれらの集合体全体に亘って実質的に均一な密度を有する態様11に記載のパッケージ。
25.繊維の密度が非真空状態での繊維の対応する体積の密度に比較して増加している態様24に記載のパッケージ。
26.密度増加が1.1〜1.5倍である態様25に記載のパッケージ。
27.繊維の重量が非真空状態での繊維の対応する体積の重量に比較して増加している態様11に記載のパッケージ。

29.パッケージの平面度が、非真空状態で束縛された繊維の対応する体積の平面度に比較して、増加している態様11に記載のパッケージ。
30.パッケージが実質的に直方体形状から構成され、そして頂壁の中心の高さが頂壁の縁の高さよりも3cm未満大きい態様11に記載のパッケージ。
31.シールされた壁を取り囲む追加の包装材料を更に含む態様15に記載のパッケージ。
32.パッケージがエンボスした領域を含む態様11に記載のパッケージ。
34.繊維状材料がバルク商品を含む態様33に記載のパッケージ。
36.シール可能なチャンバーを排気する手段を更に含む態様35に記載の包装システム。

F.エバキュエータが真空チェック弁を含む態様A〜Eのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
G.エバキュエータが複数のエバキュエータを含む態様A〜Fのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
H.内圧が40,000Pa〜92,000Paである態様A〜Gのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
I.生成ベールが幅80cm〜120cm、長さ100cm〜150cm及び高さ105cm〜155cmである態様A〜Hのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
J.生成ベールの内容積が0.9m 3 〜2.3m 3 である態様A〜Iのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
K.頂壁の縁と頂壁の中心点との高さの差が3cmより小さい態様A〜Jのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
L.生成ベールの密度が0.48〜0.82g/cm 3 である態様A〜Kのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
M.壁がシール層を含む積層体包装材料から構成されている態様A〜Lのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
N.シール層が熱シール性ポリマーを含む態様Mに記載の繊維ベール。
O.実質的に直方体形状のパッケージが底部片及び頂部片をそれらの縁部で接合させて頂壁、底壁及び複数の側壁を形成する態様A〜Nのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
P.エバキュエータがパッケージの内部から外部への一方向流を流すチェック弁を含む態様A〜Oのいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
Claims (12)
- 多層包装材料で構成された底面シート上に繊維の塊を配置する工程と、
前記繊維の塊の上に多層包装材料で構成された上面シートを配置する工程と、
前記繊維の塊を前記上面シートと前記底面シートとの間で圧縮する工程と、
前記底面シートの端と前記上面シートの端とをシールして、シールされた繊維のベールを取得する工程と、
圧縮の開放に先立って、101kPa以下の内部圧力を達成するために前記シールされた繊維のベールを排気する工程と、
前記圧縮された繊維の塊の圧縮を開放して、完成したベールを取得する工程と、
を備え、
前記上面シート又は底面シートは少なくとも1の逆止弁を有し、前記排気する工程は逆止弁を使用して、シールされた繊維のベールの内部から外部へと一方向に流すことによって実行される、
繊維をベールする方法。 - 前記繊維は、セルロースアセテート繊維を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記上面シートの前記多層包装材料及び前記底面シートの前記多層包装材料の少なくともいずれか一方は、ポリマーフィルムで構成される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記上面シートの前記多層包装材料及び前記底面シートの前記多層包装材料の少なくともいずれか一方は、金属箔を含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記排気する工程は、複数の逆止弁を使用して実行される、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 内圧は、40,000Pa〜92,000Paである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記完成した繊維のベールは、幅80cm〜120cm、長さ100cm〜150cm及び高さ105cm〜155cmである、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記完成したベールの内容積は、0.9m3〜2.3m3である、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記上面シートの縁と当該上面シートの中心点との高さの差は、3cmより小さい、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記完成した繊維のベールの密度は、0.48〜0.82g/cm3である、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記上面シートの前記多層包装材料及び前記底面シートの前記多層包装材料の少なくともいずれか一方は、シール層を含む積層体包装材料を含む、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記シール層は、熱シール性ポリマーを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
