Description
本発明は、バルク繊維材料、繊維及び/又は繊維状材料を包装するのに特に有利である。本発明に於いて使用するために有利な繊維の例は、以下の発明を実施するための最良の形態の項に記載する。バルク繊維材料又は繊維には、原繊維、加工繊維等が含まれる。繊維状材料には、織った繊維、編み繊維、織物を含む繊維から製造された材料等が含まれる。本発明は、ベール又は容器内で一般的に輸送される織物物品を包装するために、有利に使用することができる。繊維状材料が織物からなる本発明の態様は、本発明の織物パッケージのベール状特徴及び/又は本発明の態様に於いて使用することができるバリヤー材料のために、先行技術の真空セーターバッグ及びスーツケースバッグから区別することができる。
本発明の特徴及び利点に関する更に詳細なことは、以下の発明を実施するための最良の形態の項に記載する。
羊毛;
他の天然繊維、例えば亜麻、大麻、アンゴラ、毛皮等;
炭素繊維;
1)「有機溶媒」は、有機化学薬品と水との混合物を意味し、そして
2)「溶媒紡糸」は、誘導体の形成無しに、溶解しそして紡糸することを意味する;
PLA:ポリラクチド繊維又はポリ乳酸繊維;
実施例1
繊維を含む本発明のパッケージの態様の利点を、対照として参照される典型的な先行技術のベールを参照して例示する。
荷造機ビンに、アセテートトウを、ベールを圧縮した後に、寸法がほぼ、幅94センチメートル(「cm」)、長さ122cm及び高さ112cmであるようなレベルまで充填した。圧縮力を除去した後、新しいベール寸法は、ほぼ、幅99cm、長さ127cm及び高さ123cmであった。
本発明のパッケージの態様を、下記の手順を使用して製造した。使用したパッケージは実質的に図2に示す通りであった。
この実施例は、本発明の態様を例示する。
本発明のパッケージを、図5に示した方式で、Bx4ナイロン/バレロン/ULLDPEフィルムの部分を一緒に接合して、約243センチメートル×約269センチメートルの2枚のフィルム片を形成することによって形成した。PET−SiOx/バレロン/ULLDPEのような他のラミネートが、同様の方式で機能すると予想される。
1.環境大気圧よりも低い最初の圧力の内部容積を有するシールされたチャンバーを含んで構成され、その内部容積がバルク材料を含むベール。
2.バルク材料がバルク商品である態様1に記載のベール。
3.チャンバーの内部容積が101キロパスカルよりも低い最初の圧力を有する態様1に記載のベール。
4.パッケージが実質的に直方体形状から構成される態様1に記載のベール。
5.チャンバーが頂壁及び底壁及び複数の側壁を含む複数の壁を含んで構成され、そしてそれらの壁が相互にそれらの縁に沿ってシールされており、そしてそれらの壁の少なくとも1個に少なくとも1個のエバキュエータが含まれている態様1に記載のベール。
6.チャンバーが壁を含んで構成され、そして壁がポリマーフィルムを含んでなる態様1に記載のベール。
7.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド又はポリアミドを含む態様6に記載のベール。
8.壁がポリマーフィルムを含んで構成される態様5に記載のベール。
9.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、タイベク(登録商標)保護材料又はバレロン(登録商標)強度フィルムを含む態様8に記載のベール。
10.壁が水分バリヤー要素を更に含む態様8に記載のベール。
11.環境大気圧よりも低い最初の圧力の内部容積を有するシールされたチャンバーを含んで構成され、その内部容積が繊維を含むパッケージ。
12.繊維がアセテートを含む態様11に記載のパッケージ。
13.チャンバーの内部容積が101キロパスカルよりも低い最初の圧力を有する態様11に記載のパッケージ。
14.パッケージが実質的に直方体形状から構成される態様11に記載のパッケージ。
15.チャンバーが頂壁及び底壁及び複数の側壁を含む複数の壁を含んで構成され、そしてそれらの壁が相互にそれらの縁に沿ってシールされており、そしてそれらの壁の少なくとも1個に少なくとも1個のエバキュエータが含まれている態様11に記載のパッケージ。
16.チャンバーが壁を含んでなり、そしてそれらの壁がポリマーフィルムを含んでなる態様11に記載のパッケージ。
17.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、タイベク(登録商標)保護材料又はバレロン(登録商標)強度フィルムを含む態様16に記載のパッケージ。
18.壁がポリマーフィルムを含む態様15に記載のパッケージ。
19.ポリマーフィルムがポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアルコールポリマー、ナイロン、マイラー、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンテレフタレートグリコール、ポリイミド、ポリアミド、タイベク(登録商標)保護材料又はバレロン(登録商標)強度フィルムを含む態様18に記載のパッケージ。
20.壁が水分バリヤー要素を更に含む態様18に記載のパッケージ。
21.壁がガスバリヤーを含む態様18に記載のパッケージ。
22.要素がアルミニウムを含む態様20に記載のパッケージ。
23.シールされたチャンバーがバッグを含む態様11に記載のパッケージ。
24.繊維がそれらの集合体全体に亘って実質的に均一な密度を有する態様11に記載のパッケージ。
25.繊維の密度が非真空状態での繊維の対応する体積の密度に比較して増加している態様24に記載のパッケージ。
26.密度増加が1.1〜1.5倍である態様25に記載のパッケージ。
27.繊維の重量が非真空状態での繊維の対応する体積の重量に比較して増加している態様11に記載のパッケージ。
28.重量増加が1.1〜1.5倍である態様27に記載のパッケージ。
29.パッケージの平面度が、非真空状態で束縛された繊維の対応する体積の平面度に比較して、増加している態様11に記載のパッケージ。
30.パッケージが実質的に直方体形状から構成され、そして頂壁の中心の高さが頂壁の縁の高さよりも3cm未満大きい態様11に記載のパッケージ。
31.シールされた壁を取り囲む追加の包装材料を更に含む態様15に記載のパッケージ。
32.パッケージがエンボスした領域を含む態様11に記載のパッケージ。
33.環境大気圧よりも低い最初の圧力の内部容積を有するシールされたチャンバーを含んで構成され、その内部容積が繊維状材料を含むパッケージ。

43.パッケージが頂壁、底壁及び複数の側壁を含む実質的に直方体形のパッケージを含んで構成され、底壁を用意する工程、底壁の上に繊維を置く工程、繊維の上に頂壁を置く工程、頂壁と底壁との間の繊維を、圧縮力を適用することによって、圧縮する工程、側壁を圧縮された繊維の周りに置く工程、側壁を頂壁及び底壁に対して、そして相互にシールして、繊維を含む内部容積を有するシールされたチャンバーを形成する工程、圧縮力を解放する工程並びに繊維の平衡圧力が到達された後に内部容積を排気する工程を含んでなる態様41に記載の方法。
44.繊維を用意する工程、繊維を圧縮する工程、繊維の周りにシール可能なチャンバーを形成する工程、チャンバーをシールする工程、チャンバーを排気する工程及び次に圧縮を解放する工程を含んでなる弾性繊維の包装方法。
45.繊維を用意する工程、繊維の周りにシール可能なチャンバーを形成する工程、チャンバーをシールする工程、チャンバー内の空気を逃がしながら繊維を圧縮し、それによってチャンバーを少なくとも部分的に排気する工程及び次に圧縮を解放する工程を含んでなる弾性繊維の包装方法。
46.繊維を用意する工程、繊維を圧縮する工程、圧縮された繊維を束縛する工程、圧縮を解放する工程、繊維の周りにシール可能なチャンバーを形成する工程、チャンバーをシールする工程、チャンバーを排気する工程及び次に束縛を解放する工程を含んでなる弾性繊維の包装方法。
47.追加の包装材料でシールされたパッケージを取り囲むことを更に含む態様44に記載の方法。
48.繊維を取り囲んでチャンバーを形成する材料及び排気システムを含んでなる繊維の包装装置。
49.繊維を圧縮するデバイスを更に含む態様48に記載の装置。
50.排気システムが真空吸引デバイス及び付属ホースを含む態様49に記載の装置。
51.繊維を圧縮するデバイスがラムを含む態様50に記載の装置。
Claims (14)
- 繊維を圧縮する工程と、
圧縮された前記繊維のまわりに実質的に直方体形のパッケージを形成する工程であって、当該パッケージが頂壁、底壁及び複数の側壁を含み、当該パッケージの少なくとも一つの壁が真空チェック弁を含む複数のエバキュエータを含む、パッケージを形成する工程と、
前記パッケージをシールする工程と、
前記真空チェック弁を通して前記パッケージを排気して周囲環境圧力よりも低い内圧を達成させる工程と、
そしてその後、圧縮を解放する工程と、
を含む方法によって製造された、繊維ベール。 - 前記繊維がセルロースアセテート繊維である請求項1に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記頂壁、前記底壁及び前記側壁がポリマーフィルムから構成される請求項1又は2に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記頂壁、前記底壁及び前記側壁が金属箔を含む請求項1に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記エバキュエータがバルブ、ポート、チューブ又はホースから選ばれる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 内圧が40,000Pa〜92,000Paである請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 生成ベールが幅80cm〜120cm、長さ100cm〜150cm及び高さ105cm〜155cmである請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 生成ベールの内容積が0.9m3〜2.3m3である請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記頂壁の縁と当該頂壁の中心点との高さの差が3cmより小さい請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 生成ベールの密度が0.48〜0.82g/cm3である請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記頂壁、前記底壁及び前記側壁がシール層を含む積層体包装材料から構成されている請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記シール層が熱シール性ポリマーを含む請求項11に記載の繊維ベール。
- 実質的に直方体形状の前記パッケージが底部片及び頂部片をそれらの縁部で接合させて前記頂壁、前記底壁及び前記複数の側壁を形成する請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
- 前記エバキュエータが前記パッケージの内部から外部への一方向流を流すチェック弁を含む請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の繊維ベール。
