Claims (1)
- 一端部に前室をそなえ不活性ガス雰囲気中で処理品の加熱を行う加熱室の他端部に、不
活性ガス雰囲気中で前記処理品の冷却を行う第1冷却室と、真空パージ室と、酸化性ガス
雰囲気中で前記処理品の冷却を行う第2冷却室とを、この順に連結し、前記前室を経て前
記加熱室内に送入され加熱処理された前記処理品に対して、前記処理品が圧延材である場
合は、前記第1冷却室において、加熱室から移送された前記処理品を冷却し、冷却後の前
記処理品は、前記真空パージ室を経て前記第2冷却室内を冷却処理することなく通過させ
て炉外へ抽出し、前記処理品が伸線材である場合は、加熱処理後の前記処理品は、前記第
1冷却室において冷却することなく前記第1冷却室及び前記真空パージ室を経て前記第2
冷却室へと移送し、前記第2冷却室において前記処理品を冷却し、冷却後の前記処理品は
、前記第2冷却室から炉外へ抽出することで、前記処理品の冷却を行うように構成されて
いることを特徴とする連続式熱処理炉。
