Description
Claims (2)
- 展延済鋼製品、例えば、ロッド、パイプ、被加工片などを、移動している間に熱処理するための方法において、
前記鋼製品(12,14,33,34,35)が、DFIバーナーによって加熱され(ここで、DFIは、「直接火炎衝突」の略語である)、前記DFIバーナーは、前記鋼製品を直接加熱するためのものであって、
少なくとも1組のバーナー(6,7,8,9,10,11)、(16,17,18,19,20)が、2つの圧延ステーション間の圧延ラインに沿う前記2つの圧延ステーションを含む装置に配置され、各組のバーナー内では、複数のバーナー(28〜31)が、前記鋼製品の周囲を事実上被うように配置され、該装置は、前記バーナーの火炎が事実上位置する平面に対して直角方向に前記鋼製品を搬送し、
前記バーナーの燃料が液体または気体であり、
体積量で少なくとも80%の酸素を含む気体が酸化剤であり、
前記鋼製品の搬送経路に沿って配置される温度センサ(21〜26)が、温度センサを通過する鋼製品の温度を測定し、また
制御回路(27)が、各組のバーナーに対して存在し、前記制御回路が、1つまたは複数の前記温度センサで測定された前記鋼製品の温度によって、前記バーナーを制御する
ことを特徴とする展延済鋼製品を熱処理するための方法。 - 2組以上のバーナーが、前記鋼製品を搬送するように構成された前記装置(2〜4,13)に沿って配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された展延済鋼製品を熱処理するための方法。
