Description
実施形態1は、連続加熱処理装置の第1の例を示すものであり、この実施形態1の連続加熱処理装置においては、図1に示すように、鋼材Xとして、直方体状の鋼片X1を用い、この鋼片X1をその長辺方向と直交する短辺方向に搬送させるようにしている。
参考形態は、連続加熱処理装置の第2の例を示すものであり、この実施形態2の連続加熱処理装置においては、図2に示すように、鋼材Xとして、鋼片等を圧延させて得られた長尺状のストリップX2を用い、このストリップX2を送りローラー(図示せず)等を介して、その長尺方向に搬送させるようにしている。
実施形態2は、図3に示すような既存の連続加熱処理装置を、図1に示す前記の実施形態1に示した連続加熱処理装置に改造する例を示している。
実施形態3は、図4に示すような既存の連続加熱処理装置を、図1に示す前記の実施形態1に示した連続加熱処理装置に改造する例を示している。

Claims (4)
- 鋼材を搬送させて複数の加熱炉により加熱させ、加熱された鋼材を後処理装置によって後処理する連続加熱処理装置において、前記の鋼材に鋼片を用い、この鋼片を第1誘導式加熱炉、燃焼バーナーを用いた燃焼式加熱炉、第2誘導式加熱炉の順に搬送させて加熱させ、加熱された鋼材を後処理装置の圧延装置によって圧延させるにあたり、前記の第1誘導式加熱炉と燃焼式加熱炉とにおいて加熱された鋼片を、案内搬送部により搬送方向を変更させて前記の第2誘導式加熱炉に導いて加熱させ、第2誘導式加熱炉において加熱された鋼片を第2誘導式加熱炉と連続して設けた圧延装置により圧延させることを特徴とする連続加熱処理装置。
- 請求項1に記載の連続加熱処理装置において、前記の燃焼式加熱炉は、直火式加熱炉又は間接加熱式加熱炉であることを特徴とする連続加熱処理装置。
- 鋼片を搬送させて加熱処理する燃焼式加熱炉が設けられた連続加熱処理装置において、前記の燃焼式加熱炉よりも前記の鋼片の搬送方向上流側の位置に第1誘導式加熱炉を設けると共に、前記の燃焼式加熱炉よりも前記の鋼片の搬送方向下流側の位置に鋼片の搬送方向を変更させる案内搬送部を介して第2誘導式加熱炉を設けることを特徴とする連続加熱処理装置の改造方法。
- 鋼片を搬送させて加熱処理する燃焼式加熱炉と前記の燃焼式加熱炉よりも鋼材の搬送方向上流側の位置に第1誘導式加熱炉が設けられた連続加熱処理装置において、前記の燃焼式加熱炉よりも前記の鋼片の搬送方向下流側の位置に鋼片の搬送方向を変更させる案内搬送部を介して第2誘導式加熱炉を設けることを特徴とする連続加熱処理装置の改造方法。
