Abstract
【解決手段】ソレノイド型誘導加熱装置群3で鋼板10の熱処理方法を行う際に、まず第1誘導加熱装置3aで、電流浸透深さδが3mm以下となる低電力誘導加熱を行った後、第2誘導加熱装置3bと第3誘導加熱装置3cで、目標熱処理温度が得られるように、高電力誘導加熱を行う。

Claims (2)
- ソレノイド型誘導加熱装置を用いて鋼板を誘導加熱する鋼板の熱処理方法において、少なくとも1回は、電流浸透深さδが3mm以下となるように誘導加熱することを特徴とする鋼板の熱処理方法。
- 複数回の誘導加熱を行う場合、少なくとも最初は、電流浸透深さδが3mm以下となるように誘導加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板の熱処理方法。
