Claims (14)
- 第1の配線部材と、 第2の配線部材と、
前記第1の配線部材及び前記第2の配線部材に接続された太陽電池と、を備え、
前記太陽電池は、
受光面に配設され、前記第1の配線部材と接続される複数の表面側フィンガー電極と、
裏面に配設され、前記第2の配線部材と接続される複数の裏面側フィンガー電極と、
を有し、
前記複数の表面側フィンガー電極と前記複数の裏面側フィンガー電極の一方のフィンガー電極は、前記一方のフィンガー電極の長さ全部の領域でなく、少なくとも前記第1又は第2の配線部材が接続される領域であって他方のフィンガー電極と相対する領域に、前記他方のフィンガー電極より広い領域をカバーする補助電極部を有すると共に、前記一方のフィンガー電極間に接続される前記第1又は第2の配線部材よりも細い幅のバスバー電極を有することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記複数の裏面側フィンガー電極の本数は前記複数の表面側フィンガー電極の本数より多く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の受光面又は裏面の少なくとも一方に、前記第1又は第2の配線部材が接続される位置に合わせて折れ線状のバスバー電極が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一方のフィンガー電極が前記裏面側フィンガー電極であり、前記他方のフィンガー電極が前記表面側フィンガー電極であって、
前記補助電極部は、少なくとも前記第2の配線部材が接続される部分の幅が前記表面側フィンガー電極より幅広に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記表面側フィンガー電極より幅広に形成されている裏面側フィンガー電極部分は、機
械的誤差量分だけ大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記表面側フィンガー電極が存在しない領域に相対する前記裏面側フィンガー電極が、前記表面側フィンガー電極に相対する前記裏面側フィンガー電極より幅が細く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記一方のフィンガー電極が前記表面側フィンガー電極であり、前記他方のフィンガー電極が前記裏面側フィンガー電極であって、
前記補助電極部は、少なくとも前記第1の配線部材が接続される部分の幅が前記裏面側フィンガー電極より幅広に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記裏面側フィンガー電極より幅広に形成されている前記表面側フィンガー電極部分は、機械的誤差量分だけ大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記補助電極部は、前記第1の配線部材が配置される方向と平行な複数の電極線部で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記電極線部の長さを前記バスバー電極と前記表面側フィンガー電極とが交差する位置に対応して変化させることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記電極線部の長さは、前記バスバー電極より遠い位置の電極線部が長く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の端部に位置する前記補助電極部は、他の位置の補助電極部より面積が大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記補助電極部は、前記第1又は第2の配線部材が接続される領域から露出していることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記補助電極部は、前記一方のフィンガー電極が前記表面側フィンガー電極であり、前記他方のフィンガー電極が前記裏面側フィンガー電極であって、
前記補助電極部は、前記表面側フィンガー電極と平行な複数の電極線部で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1,2,3,7,8,9,12,13のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
