Abstract
Se describe un módulo de celda solar en donde la generación de grietas en las celdas solares se puede inhibir colocando los electrodos de dedo en el lado superficial trasero de las celdas solares, en una posición correspondiente a los electrodos de dedo sobre el lado superficial delantero de las celdas solares. El módulo de celda solar se proporciona con una pluralidad de celdas solares, cada una conectada por material de cableado. Las celdas solares comprenden una pluralidad de electrodos de dedo laterales superficiales delanteros (110), colocados en una superficie de recepción de luz y conectados con una lengüeta, y una pluralidad de electrodos de dedo laterales superficiales traseros (120), colocados en la superficie trasera de las celdas solares y conectados con un marco. En el lado superficial trasero, en una posición correspondiente a aquella en la cual los electrodos de dedo laterales superficiales delanteros están presentes, se colocan las unidades de electrodo auxiliar lateral superficial (120b), formadas sobre un área más ancha que los electrodos de dedo laterales superficiales delanteros (110).
