Abstract
【解決手段】 表面側保護部材と、裏面側保護部材と、前記表面側保護部材と前記裏面側保護部材との間に配線部材によって互いに接続された複数の太陽電池とを備える太陽電池モジュールにおいて、太陽電池は、受光面に配設され、タブと接続される複数の表面側フィンガー電極110と、裏面に配設され、タブと接続される複数の裏面側フィンガー電極120とを有し、裏面側フィンガー電極120の本数は、表面側のフィンガー電極110の本数より多く形成され、表面側フィンガー電極110が存在する位置の裏面側の相対する位置には、表面側のフィンガー電極110より広い幅に形成された裏面側の補助電極部120bが配置されている。

Claims (12)
- 配線部材によって互いに接続された複数の太陽電池とを備える太陽電池モジュールにであって、
前記太陽電池は、受光面に配設され、前記配線部材と接続される複数の表面側フィンガー電極と、裏面に配設され、前記配線部材と接続される複数の裏面側フィンガー電極とを有し、
前記表面側フィンガー電極と裏面側フィンガー電極の少なくとも一方のフィンガー電極は、前記配線部材が接続される領域であって他方のフィンガー電極と相対する領域に、他方のフィンガー電極より広い領域をカバーするための補助電極部を有することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記裏面側フィンガー電極の本数は前記表面側フィンガー電極の本数より多く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の受光面又は裏面の少なくとも一方に、タブが接続される位置に合わせて折れ線状のバスバー電極が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記補助電極部は、少なくとも配線部材が接続される部分の幅が表面側のフィンガー電極より広い幅に形成された裏面側のフィンガー電極であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記表面側のフィンガー電極より幅広に形成される裏面側フィンガー電極部分は、機械的誤差量分だけ大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 表面側フィンガー電極が存在しない領域の裏面側フィンガー電極が、表面側のフィンガー電極を相対する裏面側フィンガー電極より幅が細く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記補助電極部は、少なくとも配線部材が接続される部分の幅が裏面側のフィンガー電極より広い幅に形成された表面側のフィンガー電極であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記裏面側のフィンガー電極より幅広に形成される表面側フィンガー電極部分は、機械的誤差量分だけ大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記補助電極部は、タブが配置される方向と平行な複数の電極線部で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記電極線部の長さを前記バスバー電極とフィンガー電極とが交差する位置に対応して変化させることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記電極線部の長さは、前記バスバー電極より遠い位置の電極線部が長く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記太陽電池の端部に位置する前記補助電極部は、他の位置の補助電極部より面積が大きく形成されていることを特徴とする請求項7ないし請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
