Abstract
【解決手段】複数のセル間配線材18は、隣接する太陽電池セル10を電気的に接続する。太陽電池セル10は、光電変換層60とフィンガー電極50を備える。フィンガー電極50は、光電変換層60の表面に配置され、かつ第1の方向に延びる。複数のセル間配線材18は、第1の方向に交差した第2の方向に延びるとともに、セル間配線材18に重ねられながら第1の方向に並べられる。フィンガー電極50において、第1の方向の中央部の太さよりも、第1の方向の端部側の太さの方が太い。

Claims (5)
- 複数の太陽電池セルと、
隣接する前記太陽電池セルを電気的に接続する複数の配線材とを備え、
前記複数の太陽電池セルのそれぞれは、
光電変換層と、
前記光電変換層の表面に配置され、かつ第1の方向に延びる集電極とを備え、
前記複数の配線材は、前記第1の方向に交差した第2の方向に延びるとともに、前記集電極に重ねられながら前記第1の方向に並べられ、
前記集電極において、前記第1の方向の中央部よりも、前記第1の方向の端部側において、前記配線材と、前記光電変換層の表面との間に挟まれる集電極の形成面積が大きいことを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記集電極において、前記第1の方向の中央部の太さよりも、前記第1の方向の端部側の太さの方が太いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記集電極において、前記第1の方向の端部側に配置される配線材と重なる位置に配置される補助電極をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 光電変換層と、
前記光電変換層の表面に配置され、かつ第1の方向に延びる集電極とを備え、
前記集電極は、前記第1の方向に交差した第2の方向に延びるとともに、前記第1の方向に並べられる複数の配線材を接続可能であり、
前記集電極において、前記第1の方向の中央部の太さよりも、前記第1の方向の端部側の太さの方が太いことを特徴とする太陽電池セル。 - 光電変換層と、
前記光電変換層の表面に配置され、かつ第1の方向に延びる集電極とを備え、
前記集電極は、前記第1の方向に交差した第2の方向に延びるとともに、前記第1の方向に並べられる複数の配線材を接続可能であり、
前記集電極において、前記第1の方向の端部側に配置される配線材の配置予定位置に補助電極を備えることを特徴とする太陽電池セル。
