Description
本発明を具体的に説明する前に、概要を述べる。本発明の実施例1は、複数の太陽電池セルが配置された太陽電池モジュールに関する。太陽電池モジュールでは、複数の太陽電池セルが一列に並べられることによってストリングが形成され、複数のストリングは、太陽電池セルが一列に並べられた方向と垂直の方向に並べられる。この太陽電池モジュールの製造工程においては、封止部材の上に、複数のストリングが並べられ、その上から別の封止部材が被せられた後、封止部材を加熱溶融して架橋硬化がなされる。ストリングを形成している太陽電池セル間はタブ配線により接続されるので、隣接した太陽電池セルの間隔は加熱溶融によっても保持される。一方、ストリング間は両端以外で接続されないので、隣接したストリングの間隔は加熱溶融によって変化し、歪みの原因になる。
次に、実施例2を説明する。実施例2は、実施例1と同様に、別のストリングに含まれた太陽電池セル間を止めつけるための固定部材に関する。実施例1では、固定部材がテープであるとして説明をしている。一方、実施例2における固定部材は、拡散部材であるとする。拡散部材とは、太陽電池モジュールに入射されているが、太陽電池セルに入力されていない光を太陽電池セルに入力させるために、光を拡散させる部材である。拡散部材も、実施例1の固定部材と同様に、離型面と非離型面とを含む。拡散部材の非離型面は、実施例1と同様に形成されているが、離型面は、光を拡散させるための構成を有する。このような拡散部材は、実施例1の固定部材と同様に太陽電池セルを止めつけるので、非離型面に関して、実施例1と同様の課題を有する。実施例2に係る太陽電池モジュール100は、図1、2、3と同様のタイプである。ここでは、これまでとの差異を中心に説明する。
Claims (6)
- 第1端側から第2端側に向かって一方向に並んで配置される複数の第1太陽電池セルを電気的に接続した第1ストリングと、
前記第1端側から前記第2端側に向かって前記一方向に並んで配置される複数の第2太陽電池セルを電気的に接続しながら、最も前記第1端側の第2太陽電池セルを、前記第1ストリングのうちの最も前記第1端側の第1太陽電池セルにストリング間配線材により電気的に接続した第2ストリングと、
前記第1ストリングと前記第2ストリングとを前記最も第1端側の第1太陽電池セルと前記最も第1端側の第2太陽電池セルとの組合せ以外の位置で互いに止めつける固定部材と、を備え、
前記固定部材は、互いに反対側を向いた一主面と他主面とを有し、
前記一主面は、
前記第1太陽電池セルおよび前記第2太陽電池セルに接着される接着領域と、
前記接着領域とは異なった非接着領域と、を有し、
前記固定部材は、前記複数の第1太陽電池セルのうちの前記最も第2端側の第1太陽電池セルおよび前記複数の第2太陽電池セルのうちの前記最も第2端側の第2太陽電池セルに跨って配置され、
互いに隣接した前記第1太陽電池セルと前記第2太陽電池セルとの間の第1距離は、前記第1距離と同一方向を向いた前記非接着領域の第2距離以下である、太陽電池モジュール。 - 互いに隣接した前記第1太陽電池セルと前記第2太陽電池セルとのそれぞれには、前記第1太陽電池セルから前記第2太陽電池セルに向かう方向に沿って、複数のフィンガー電極が配置されており、
前記第1太陽電池セルに配置されている前記フィンガー電極における前記第2太陽電池セル側の端部と、前記第2太陽電池セルに配置されている前記フィンガー電極における前記第1太陽電池セル側の端部との間の第3距離は、前記第2距離よりも長い、請求項1に記載の太陽電池モジュール。 - 前記固定部材の前記他主面は凹凸形状を有する、請求項1または2に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材は、前記第1太陽電池セルおよび前記第2太陽電池セルの裏面側に接着される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材は、前記第1太陽電池セルおよび前記第2太陽電池セルの受光面側に接着される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール。
- 前記固定部材の前記一主面の前記非接着領域に、凹凸形状を有した反射板が取り付けられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の太陽電池モジュール
