Claims (2)
- 鉄道車両に設置され、当該鉄道車両において用いられる圧縮空気を生成する鉄道車両用空気圧縮装置であって、
外部から吸い込んだ空気を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機に油を供給する油供給経路と、
油タンクを有し、前記圧縮機において油を伴って圧縮された圧縮空気が誘導され、誘導された圧縮空気から油を分離して前記油タンクに回収するとともに前記油供給経路に連通する油回収器と、
前記油回収器内の油の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記油回収器を通過した圧縮空気を蓄積する空気溜めにおける空気圧を検出する圧力センサと、
前記油回収器を通過した圧縮空気を外部へ放出可能な排気弁と、
前記温度センサ及び前記圧力センサでの検出結果に基づいて、通常運転モード及び暖気運転モードのいずれかの運転モードにて運転状態を制御する制御装置と、
を備え、
前記通常運転モードは、前記圧力センサで検出される圧力値である検出圧力値が所定の第1の圧力値未満となったときに前記圧縮機を作動させるとともに前記検出圧力値が前記第1の圧力値よりも高い所定の第2の圧力値以上となったときに前記圧縮機の作動を停止させる運転モードとして構成され、
前記暖気運転モードは、前記温度センサで検出される温度である検出温度が所定の温度未満のときであって前記検出圧力値が前記第2の圧力値以上になったときに、前記圧縮機を作動させるとともに前記排気弁を作動させて圧縮空気を外部へ放出させる運転モードとして構成され、
前記制御装置は、前記暖気運転モードにて運転状態を制御中において前記検出圧力値が前記第2の圧力値よりも高い所定の第3の圧力値以上となったときに、前記検出温度に関わらず前記通常運転モードに切り替えて運転状態を制御することを特徴とする、鉄道車両用空気圧縮装置。 - 請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用空気圧縮装置であって、
前記制御装置は、前記暖気運転モードにて運転状態を制御中において前記検出圧力値が前記第1の圧力値未満となったときに、前記検出温度に関わらず前記通常運転モードに切り替えて運転状態を制御することを特徴とする、鉄道車両用空気圧縮装置。
