Description
a.(i)230℃かつ2.16kgで0.1から15g/10分のMFIおよび少なくとも155℃の融点を有する重量で10〜50のポリオレフィンおよび(ii)エチレン−ポリマーが190℃および2.16kgで0.1から15g/10分のMFIを有し、EVA、EMA、EEA、EAA、EBA、VLDPE、VLLDPEおよび/またはメタロセンポリエチレンから選択される重量で90〜50の割合のエチレン−ポリマーを含む組成物を化学発泡剤と混合し;
b.形成の前および/または同時に組成物と化学発泡剤との混合が実施される、シート状材料を形成し;
c.手順b.において得られたシート状材料を架橋度20から60%まで架橋し、さらに
d.架橋されたシート状材料を連続プロセスにおいて高温で発泡させて密度20から400kg/m3の密度を有するフォームを得る。
1)ポリマーマトリクスシートを混合/押出成形または混合/混練または混合/カレンダ加工;
2)電子ビームまたはγ線(コバルト60)のような線源による架橋;および
3)発泡プロセスであって
a)フリー発泡オーブン系における
b)オートクレーブにおける窒素を用いた含浸プロセスの後、オーブン系内でフリー発泡するプロセス
を含む多段階プロセスによって行うことができる。
1)押出成形/混練:
シートの切断を伴うこともあるフィルムまたはシートとしての混合/押出成形および/または混合/混練/カレンダ加工;
2)架橋:
物理的架橋:電子ビームまたはγ線照射による;
3)発泡:
混合相において添加された、アゾジカルボンアミドである有機発泡剤の分解による;
4)膨張プロセス:フリー発泡オートクレーブプロセスによる。
市販のMFI4g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)のEVAをMFI3.0または10.5g/10分(230℃、2.16kg)かつ溶融温度165℃のホモポリプロピレン20、30、40および50%およびMFI4.6g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)のLLDPE5%と混合する。さらに、少量(重量で2の割合)のTMPTMAを添加して処理を改善し、架橋度を高めた。ポリマーはツインスクリュー式押出成型機を用いた成型により処理温度185℃で混合および配合する。押出成形後、シートを照射によって架橋し240℃付近で連続発泡する。アゾジカルボンアミドの含有量は68kg/m3のフォームが得られるようにした。
市販のMFI2.6g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)のvLLDPEをMFI3.0または10.5g/10分(230℃、2.16kg)かつ溶融温度164℃のホモポリプロピレン20、30、40および50%およびMFI4.6g/10分のLLDPE5%(190℃、2.16kg)と混合する。ポリマーはツインスクリュー式押出成型機を用いた成型により処理温度185℃で混合および配合する。押出成形後にシートを照射によって架橋し240℃付近で連続発泡する。アゾジカルボンアミドの含有量は67kg/m3のフォームが得られるようにした。
市販のMFI4g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)のEVAをMFI3.0または10.5g/10分(230℃、2.16kg)かつ溶融温度165℃のホモポリプロピレン20、30、40および50%と混合する。さらに、少量(重量で2の割合)のTMPTMAを添加して処理を改善し、ゲルレベルを高めた。ポリマーはツインスクリュー式押出成型機を用いた成型により処理温度185℃で混合および配合する。押出成形後にシートを照射によって架橋し240℃付近で連続発泡する。アゾジカルボンアミドの含有量は68kg/m3のフォームが得られるようにした。
市販のMFI4g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)のEVAをMFI3.0または10.5g/10分(230℃、2.16kg)かつ溶融温度165℃のホモポリプロピレン20、30、40および50%と混合する。ポリマーはツインスクリュー式押出成型機を用いた成型により処理温度185℃で混合および配合する。押出成形後にシートを照射によって架橋し240℃付近で連続発泡する。アゾジカルボンアミドの含有量を用いてフォームの密度を測定することができる。
ツインスクリュー式押出成形機で、市販のMFI4g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)のEVAをMFI8g/10分(190℃、2.16kg)かつ融点140℃の市販のポリプロピレンコポリマー10、20、および30%と160℃の温度で混合する。押出成形後にシートを照射によって架橋し240℃で連続発泡する。アゾジカルボンアミドの含有量は65kg/m3のフォームが得られるようにした。
Claims (18)
- 高耐熱性を有するクローズドセル軟質ポリオレフィンフォームであって、以下の:
a.(i)230℃かつ2.16kgで0.1から15g/10分のMFIおよび少なくとも155℃の溶融温度を有する重量で10〜50の割合のホモポリプロピレンおよび(ii)エチレン−ポリマーが190℃かつ2.16kgで0.1から15g/10分のMFIを有し、エチレン酢酸ビニルコポリマー(EVA)、エチレンアクリル酸メチル(EMA)、エチレンアクリル酸エチル(EEA)、エチレンアクリル酸(EAA)、エチレンアクリル酸ブチル(EBA)、超低密度ポリエチレン(VLDPE)、超線形低密度ポリエチレン(VLLDPE)および/またはメタロセンポリエチレンから選択される重量で90〜50の割合のエチレン−ポリマーを含む組成物を化学発泡剤と混合し;
b.形成の前および/または同時に組成物と化学発泡剤との混合が実施される、シート状材料を形成し;
c.手順b.において得られたシート状材料を架橋度20から60%まで架橋し、さらに
d.架橋されたシート状材料を連続プロセスにおいて高温で発泡させて20から400kg/m3の密度を有するフォームを得るプロセスによって得ることのできるクローズドセル軟質ポリオレフィンフォームであって、たわみ率25%時に70kg/m3の密度のフォームで測定するとき(ISO 844)30から100kPaの圧縮強さ値、及び/又は、ASTM D 2240で測定したショア硬度(O)が22以下及びショア硬度(OO)67以下で示される柔軟性を有することを特徴とする、前記クローズドセル軟質ポリオレフィンフォーム。 - 230℃かつ2.16kgで測定するとき、前記ホモポリプロピレンが2〜11g/10分のMFIを有する、請求項1記載のフォーム。
- 前記エチレン−ポリマー(ii)がEVAを含有する、請求項1又は2に記載のフォーム。
- 前記エチレン−ポリマー(ii)がVLDPEまたはVLLDPEを含有する、請求項1又は2に記載のフォーム。
- ホモポリプロピレン、EVA及びLLDPEを含む、請求項3記載のフォーム。
- ホモポリプロピレン、VLLDPE及びLLDPEを含む、請求項4記載のフォーム。
- EVAが3〜70重量%の酢酸ビニル含有量を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 前記架橋度が30〜40%である、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- ツインスクリュー式押出成型機を用いて、段階b.における前記形成が押出成型によって実施される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 電子線による、物理的架橋により前記架橋が実施される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 前記架橋が架橋促進剤を用いて実施される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- ポリプロピレンおよびエチレン−ポリマーを含む前記組成物がさらに重量で0.5から10の割合のLLDPE、LDPEおよび/またはHDPEを含む、請求項1〜11のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 前記フォームの前記密度が20〜300kg/m3である、請求項1〜12のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 前記セルのサイズが0.05から2.0mmである、請求項1〜13のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 前記発泡が200〜260℃で実施される、請求項1〜14のいずれか1つに記載のフォーム。
- 請求項1〜15のいずれか1つに記載のフォームを少なくとも1つの層として含む積層品。
- 自動車内装部品の製造を目的とした請求項1〜16のいずれか1つに記載のフォームまたは積層品の使用。
- 前記自動車内装品がドアパネル、ドアロール、ドアインサート、アームレスト、センターコンソール、シートバックパネルまたはヘッドライナーである、請求項17に記載の使用。
